Best Western Plus Inn Of Hayward

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, free breakfast had a lot of variety and options . There is also a store and a McDonald's very close by . My only criticism is that it's by a freeway and can be pretty noisy but the rooms come with complimentary ear plugs which is cool, also the jacuzzi was kind of grimey looking but then again it is January right now so, they may night keep up with it in winter since it stayed in the low 60s for the high during my trip.

Bonnie was awesome. She helped me with all of my customer service needs. She made my stay wonderful thanks again.

Bonnie was so helpful and I feel she went over and beyond to make sure my kids had towels for the pool.

I would like to commend the front desk and housekeeping staff for a good job that they do and continue to do day in and day out. I am indeed a very happy and satisfied customer. Such friendly people and customer service superb. My room was always clean and bed comfortable. Not only they made my stay pleasant they made each day a good day. I went there stressed and depressed but found the atmosphere so friendly and relaxing. I am thankful I decided to stay there and very grateful to have met the staff; they are such beautiful people. I will never forget Best Western Hayward hotel and its staff. If the need should occur in the future, I will certainly stay there again and again. Props to all the workers of Best Western Hayward for a job well done.

I can't say enough about how great this hotel was for our vacation! We stayed an entire week and were very skeptical based on pricing.... it was perfect... the rooms are very clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast stayed stocked by Iva and she was very attentive... it was definitely much more than I expected! Lucy from the housekeeping staff ensured my 95 year old grandma was happy and comfortable and our rooms were spotless!!! My family was in 3 separate rooms and we all were impressed... GREAT JOB Best Western of Hayward!!! You have the friendliest staff around!

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. The cable is top notch, especially compared to a lot of other best westerns I've stayed at. There is never any loud and obnoxious noise which is very nice. Every stay I've had here has been peaceful from just that alone! The breakfast offered every morning is awesome, with tons of selection and fresh cooked food. All and all, this hotel is a great deal between all the amenities, clean and spacious rooms and most impressive, the cost of a night.

Excellent staff. Very fast check in and out process. My room was huge; only issue was the shower - it is extremely hard to turn on or off. I was nervous after seeing complimentary ear plugs next to the bed lol but even on New Year's Eve, we didn't need them. Great stay!

Excellent staff, especially the front desk! My room was so nice and clean, it surprised me. The towels and linen looked and smelled super clean. I will definitely be recommending people to come here from now on.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 2 years. It is tight next to the freeway so there is noise from the freeway but once inside your room it isn't so noticeable but then I dont live in a quiet area. It isn't a 5 star Hotel/resort but it meets all my requirements. Near my destination, Clean, Safe, Affordable. Polite employees.

Very accommodating staff. The room was extremely nice and clean with all amenities. The food was great. My stay here was okay and peaceful. I am having a great time in here. It is worth to have a five star rate. Clean and well mannered staff.

My stay was amazing. The staff was very nice and quickly responded to all request. Very convenient location right off the interstate and the room was A+. Everyone was in a great mood from the front desk clerk Pepsi down to the maintaince team. I'll definitely return again.

While the place is in a somewhat shady area, it is very safe, don't go to the other side of the freeway though. It's next to a ride but the rooms are pretty quiet, if needed earplugs are provided. Breakfast is what you'd expect, maybe the place should be $20 cheaper a night but it's walking distance from the BART to SF.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms, Yummy Breakfast. Can get noisy if you are in a room on the end by the freeway. I have stayed here four different times and will be yet.

Good hotel, stayed here a couple of times before. Its a bit pricey... But that's the SF bar area for ya. Also it's right next to two busy streets and a freeway. So it's LOUD. Breakfast was good, and beds are cozy. Good for out of town work I suppose.

The room was clean and attractive. The grounds were well maintained and the staff polite and helpful. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't use it this time.

Very clean, the staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. Property was quiet. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in town visiting.
