Days Inn by Wyndham Hayward Airport

The lady was EXCELLENT!! I was there bcuz of a soon to be bad divorce & my BFF lives far & came out a day early & she even refunded my for my extra nights completely AMAZING & THOUGHTFUL & TOTALLY SWEET THANK YOU SO VERY VERY VERY MUCH!!! Plus the room was totally spacious had everything plus vending machines & door dash with absolutely anything available! I would MOST DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!! 👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I always stay here at least once a week. I really like how they always remember me at the front desk and that they value my business. Rooks are always clean and the beds have always been comfy.

For the value I paid, it was great deal. I really like the friendly customer service at the front desk provided by the lady working there. Room that I stayed in was clean and smoke free. Clean sheets and with amenities were provided.

5 stars for the customer service. HUMAN KINDNESS and going out of one's way to help someone in a difficult time. In this instance the gentleman who helped me could not have exhibited his kindness better. And this is why I will associate the Days Inn name, with gratitude, and as a warm and welcome place to stay. I had just finished moving for the past 13 hours and was dirty, exhausted and just wanted to shower. I arrived at the hotel I had a reservation for only to learn they had cancelled it without calling me prior as was the policy of the host website. I was informed that they were sold out and had no room for me and there was not one vacancy in the entire city. The host website customer service helped me find the only vacancy 2 cities away which was here, Days Inn in Hayward. They only had one room left. When I arrived at the Days Inn it was now 1:30 a.m. I was having trouble doing a bank transfer on my phone and didn't have enough cash to pay in full, since their system doesn't allow for payments in part cash and part bank card so he was unable to give me a room. After the desk clerk, Dennis heard my story and saw how upset and frustrated I was, rather than turning me away he eventually found a way to charge me significantly less than the public rate for that evening so that it could be processed on my bank card. and I was able to get the room. I was able to shower and sleep. Dennis is the reason I was able to have a great next day and was able to fall asleep in bliss rather than being angry. Nothing can beat that kind of customer service.and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Dennis!!

Great rates and convenient location. Exceptional customer service. Management and staff friendly and knowledgeable of local area. Clean & tidy rooms... Safer and secure atmosphere. We are definitely going to be r a repeat customers.

Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome, improved a lot with the introduction of new staffs. you wont regret staying here.

This place is the best hotel in town! The front desk man Dennis is our favorite. He's very helpful and understanding person. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Days inn Airport for everything.

Nice and friendly and clean what else do you want from a hotel oh and there's breakfast in the morning.

Budget motel so it certainly isn't fancy. But the flooring is new tile, and the room is decent enough.
