Dr Culkin takes time to listen to me and my questions. I don’t feel rushed through appt. I’m not left to sit for minutes in lobby or exam room. Her nurse is fantastic, also. My health has been stable and meds easier to manage since I switched from CarilionClinic drs.

Love this group, and Dr. Ezekiel Jones is one of the most thorough and involved PCPs you will find!

8/29/23 - decided I will keep updating. Even as an existing patient, Dr. Jones and his nurse Melissa make me very happy to have made the decision to utilize this clinic. Still the most thorough and involved health care I’ve had as an adult!

Dr. Jones has always been a great doctor. After 13 years of being his patient I feel very confident that every concern I have, he will address and take the time to explain so that I can understand any follow up needed. He is always professional and I consider him a friend. I can go on but to sum it all up, Dr. Jones is the best, as well as his nurse and the front line and lab staff. At 64 I am in pretty good health due to my health care provided by Dr. Jones and Physician Associates of Virginia.

Dr. Ezekiel Jones II is an amazing primary care doctor. He’s very sweet and does an excellent job at doing one of the most important things for a patient which is making them feel comfortable. He always addresses every concern I have. Was recommended by a coworker and am glad I found him as my primary care doctor. Would definitely recommend Dr. Jones.

Dr Jones is top notch- have been a patient for over 14 years. Always takes his time and explains when I’ve had questions. Never makes me feel rushed - very knowledgeable and he asks questions and really listens to my concerns and then makes decisions for my care. Patti Neikirk

Dr. Clark has been my PCP for over 20 years. Excellent physician! Great staff. I have received stellar care. The absolute best physician I have ever seen. Highly recommended.

Dr Carolyn Clark is my primary physician and have been so pleased with this practice. Have also seen Dr Jaeger when Dr Clark wasn’t available. This practice has a lab on premises and bone density testing also which is so convenient.

The parking lot and lobby waiting area was full, with difficulty in social distancing in the waiting area. Saw physician in a timely manner, and was in & out in about an hour. Patients were cycled through quickly and office visits seemed to be running smoothly, with so many appointments. All entering were required to wear masks, and all were, including personnel. Checked in and out with friendly staff. Physician was thorough and answered all questions posed, making suggestions and giving me written information. On site lab ran smoothly and fast, with little wait time. I would recommend this practice, especially for geriatric populations.

I find at each visit that the waiting area is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Doctor I see is very professional she takes the time to check me out thoroughly and ask questions I am more than satisfied with Physicians Associates

Physician Associates is a caring, professional medical facility. The drs. listen to you, ask the right questions, and proceed with a path toward healing for whatever your ailment may be. I highly recommend them.

This is a very professional office. The office staff also doing a very good job and keeping decent records and also very caring. Dr Bauer takes care of several members in our family and does an excellent job. He is caring and kind. An exceptional doctor.

Kathrine Barnhill was Amazing. She covered all of my concerns & even those I was unaware of. I just in Awe.. To those who posted their disapproval of Dr's @ PA or other Dr. Offices Please be aware Laws have changed Drs are under very strict guidelines regarding controlled Rx. If you fail UA they have no choice but to discontinue Controlled Rx.. If not they could lose their right to Practice Meds forever..they could be sued by Family Members who's Loved One died because of taking other drugs be it street or prescription if the Dr. knowly continued to prescribe a Rx when a person has failed a Drug test. These are really the only kinda of complaints I saw regarding PA of Rnk.. They can't help those who do not help themselves by following instructions mandated by Law for all Dr's.

Dr. Jones is a great doctor. He is patient and gives you information to improve your overall health.

I beg to differ with the majority of the people, I have been a patient of PAV for almost 20 years and yes at times the women at the front desks are a bit brusk but it’s a very busy office. But the care and compassion I have received from Dr Clark and her nurse Elizabeth has been outstanding. Also kudos to the nurses in the lab. I have no complaints.

Dr. Bauer is great. Very detailed and they have a lab onsite. Breath of fresh air versus Carillon

Staff is courteous. Doctor Clark is knowledgeable and personable. The best ever. Highly recommend.
