Hampton Inn Oakland/Hayward

I had a great experience. My room was clean and spacious, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the location was perfectly between the airport and my office. I will definitely be staying again!

Update: I'm currently on my third stay here, and I'm still loving it. I finally had time to make some waffles for breakfast this time! I'll continue staying here for as long as I travel to Hayward.

We have been staying at Hampton Inn Oakland-Hayward consistently for 6 years whenever we visit our daughter and family in the area...at least twice a year. This has been a quality experience with every stay: clean, comfortable rooms, very satisfying breakfast, and tremendous staff. This is a welcoming destination. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else for our family visits.

Our room and the hotel in general was really nice and clean. The staff was super friendly as well. The check in and check out process was easy and not stressful. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice and clean. We were greeted with a welcome and some bottles of water. Ice bens & vending machines are close to the rooms. Laundry room for guests. Free breakfast (yummy).

Everyone at this hotel did everything to make our stay absolutely wonderful. They remembered that it was our sons wedding and they had our room ready early. All the staff were so accommodating and put all of us together in rooms next to each other. This is one amazing hotel.

A great location right in the center of town. Far enough from the freeways so there's little noise but close enough for easy travel. The rooms are well decorated and very clean. Large gym if you're in to that thing lol. Pool has lots of seating and plenty of shade. Full continental breakfast was better than Denny's. Staff was lovely and accommodating from the GM on down. The GM told me he wished we were staying longer so his little stuff could play with ours. I told him that his pet area was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and safe facility.. Just do not leave any belongings in your car they are prone to have break ins.. the breakfast was always great! Plenty of food and fresh waffles! As a travel nurse I reside in plenty of hotels and this one is one of the best ones yet! I will miss my stay there!

Overall very good experience staying here. Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfy. Free breakfast and coffee ready each morning. Standard hotel food, but still nice to have it available. Only down side is its right off mission blvd which can get a bit noisy if cars zooming by bothers you at all. Right next to a el Pollo Loco and burger place across the street. Jack in box not far either.

Cristal from Front desk was very friendly with welcoming smile. Comfort clean room, good size pool and nice free breakfast.

Once again the staff here was stellar in their attention to cleaning, professional & friendly interactions, customer satisfaction, and doing everything to make my stay the best it could be. I was there 2 weeks as my husband was hospitalized at UCSF due to life threatening injuries. The staff was supportive & helpful. I felt supported throughout my stay & the level of cleanliness during this Pandemic was amazing. Their signage & protocols were reassuring. I have stayed here many times over the years & never been disappointed. This was no exception. Hilton Co. can be proud of this staff.

Excellent hotel! Staff was so friendly, accommodating and really made our stay wonderful. Place was VERY clean! They even have a complementary hot breakfast (packaged to go). Would highly recommended this place and would totally stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

What makes a good stay is good customer service, nice friendly staff.
Staff going out of there way to do something for a customer. A lady leaving for her journey home did not hesitate to go and get us some towels for the pool.
The toaster was broken one morning, a few moments later the kitchen lady put a plate of toast on our table. The coffee and hot water in the reception area was always hot and full. The hot food for breakfast was rotated everyday and it was all kept full and a clean area. This was not one of the latest re-modernised hotels, but it was well maintained, the room was clean and well presented by the in-house team everyday. And the pool came in handy at the end of. Nice hot day. A enjoyable stay.

Such a great place to stay! Always clean and so comfortable! Candy from the front desk was very welcoming and soo sweet!! This is my second time staying at this hotel and it has been such a great stay BOTH times!! Thank you to the staff for all the hard work, especially during these tough times!

I travel 40 + weeks a year usually a Holiday Inn person. Guess what this is my go to place when I’m in Hayward . Staff is amazing, great breakfast clean rooms very accommodating, business office equipment actually works and prints, feels like home, thanks Evelyn and Zoe and Juan and Victor

I would stay here again. My family enjoyed the stay and that's what matters. the gym was clean as well. I give 5 star rating. Everything was pleasant and was as expected to be. See you soon Hampton!

Very nice staff. Make sure you call ahead of time to confirm your room. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Gym is clean. Rooms are nice.

The nicest people work here. They even treat dogs well! Very nice inside the room and was very clean. I can’t wait to stay here again.
