I have been the Director of Nursing here at Springtree for nearly 2 yrs. I must say we have the friendliest staff that goes above and beyond to ensure the patients are taking care off. The administrator is awesome. Our therapy team is the best in the valley.

Full of staff that truly care about the well being of their patients and practice very effective teamwork. Their director of nursing will not hesitate to get on the floor and help out wherever needed. Clean and organized facility with excellent nursing and therapy staff.

Springtree has been family to me for the last 8yrs!! I enjoy caring for all our residents. Your family is my family.

I have worked at Springtree for nearly ten years and I love going to my job every day. My colleagues are the best and we really work hard together for the benefit of our patients. I currently work at Springtree as one of their social workers and discharge planners and I can say that it is one of the friendliest, most welcoming environments I’ve had the opportunity to work in. I’ve had the pleasure of assisting both patients and their families during the discharge process and glad I can offer both parties the necessary level of support and service options needed to ensure a safe transition back home!

Great facility with great people! Their activity calendar is always full of fun activities for their patients!

Christina on side 1 is awesome she really cares about the patients.

The stuff is so friendly nice and so helpful. My 90 young mom says the food is very good, and good portions. I know it smells great.
They had them up in the cafeteria playing bingo. They were having fun. Down the hall in another room they were putting puzzles together and sitting around talking.
Springtree is a great place to be if you need rehab. The therapist there are well trained and so nice.
I wouldn't have mom go anywhere else.

My son was admitted to Springtree on January 10th after having spent 60 days in the hospital (mostly in ICU). He came with a tracheostomy and feeding peg and was so very weak from lying in bed for those 60 days. He was placed in a semi-private room with a challenging roommate. The Admissions Officer and Assistant Administrator worked hard to get him into a private room at our request and within 3 days, he had his own room. The Admissions Nurse worked very hard all Wednesday to get his medications right and to get them ordered in order for my son to receive the proper meds and doses at the right times. The wing he is on now (6) is outstanding. We cannot say enough good things about his nurse, Katrina. She makes sure he has his meds timely and checks in on him. The other staff on this unit are also excellent. So far, he has had PT, OT, and Speech pretty regularly. I’m familiar with his OT specialist Lacy and she is amazing. My son says that PT and Speech are also really wonderful. My husband and I were so worried the night before he was admitted - worried that he would not receive the care he needs and might be ignored some of the time - that has not happened and we are so extremely grateful. We love Springtree and know that he is getting the care he needs in order to be able to return to the community in good shape to begin living his life again. Thank you Springtree.

I entered Springtree in 2018 after three heart attacks and a stroke. I had lost the ability to talk, swallow and all motor skills. The Springtree Team enabled me to make a complete recovery. Four years later I am able to do everything the doctors said I would never do again! I made a complete recovery! I can't thank the Springtree team enough for everything they did for me! They are exceptional!!
