This is the unbeatable manicure - their week-long guarantee is nice and all, but I would be shocked if they’ve ever had to fix a nail in that timeframe because every gel set I’ve gotten here has lasted perfectly for >3 weeks. Two pictures are from day 1 and day 14. I have a 1 year old toddler, work full time, and travel frequently and I’ve never had to worry about a chip. If you’re about to head out for a vacation and don’t want to worry about your nails, it’s worth the investment.

My nails were in horrible shape from nail shops that use acrylic and gel with bad chemicals and not caring for the health of my nails. Fungus grew and damaged the removal of the application. Natural Nails has reversed all that with her nail cream and strengthener to get my nails strong and healthy again as they grew out from the damage. I love my nails now! They are healthy and beautiful.

Best place in Oakland for any mani/ pedi style. The owner, Alice, is wonderful. My grandma used to see her (as did my sister many years before). The salon is spotless and the staff are very good. Alice has high standards. Highly recommend.

Very esthetically pleasing upon arrival. The huge floral displays began to relax me prior to service. I was initially instructed to wash my hands. Interesting step I’ve never experienced before. Set the tone for the sanitary facility and service. I was brought a cup of hot tea as my feet soaked in a mild temperature spa chair. Nancy offered a delectable “ Happy Feet” service. She massaged my feet for nearly an hour. The hot stones, paraffin wax and warm oil massage sent me on the most peaceful natural high. Once my pedicure was complete my feet were so lovely I almost refused nail polish.

Lucy meticulously shaped and cleaned my cuticles and nail bed. Her precision in Gelish application is unmatched. She applied at least four coats offering a solid milky white finish. The protective gloves used shows the attention to detail this salon has. I appreciate the concern for my skin’s exposure to the UV lamps potential harm.

This is the best mani pedi I’ve ever experienced. I will continue to patronize this business. It’s not often my expectations are exceeded.

Worth every penny!

Neat, beautiful nails. This is for people who are OCD about their nails. Tina is meticulous with shaping, applying even polish, and her Manis last forever. They are super clean and shaping tools come autoclaved and sealed in their package. Cash or Zelle strongly preferred. They don't do acrylics or any sort of extensions or chrome. Just old school gel and polish, some designs. I recommend calling to make an appt.

Alice and the ladies at Natural Nails are wonderful and always do a great job with my pedicure! I appreciate that they use more natural products and accept appointments and actually reserve the time for you - no more going and waiting to see if you can get in for a pedicure. I really love that. That said, they expect punctuality so that they can be on time for the next appointment. I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday and Alice, the owner, brought out an ice cream sundae and sang happy birthday to her. What a lovely personal touch! I can't say enough about the wonderful service here. There are a lot of nail salons out there, but this one is the best.

Easily the best manicure I've had in years. Super clean, quiet, well-maintained, and sanitary space. Tina was very thorough and thoughtful. Prices are fair enough for the level of service. No dremels/electric files! Gel manicures have a week of free repairs. I'll definitely be back!

Favorite nail shop. They take pride in their work and they don’t leave any loose ends. My gel manis from here can easily last 4-5 weeks before they start to wear.

Alice runs a beautiful shop with no chemicals and great staff ~ my favorite being Rose who is extremely skilled and does exactly what I ask her to do which is important because I have neuropathy in my feet and I don't like certain things done in a pedicure and she understands. I highly recommend this mail shop👏🏼

Loved this place! I was able to relax and get an amazing pedicure and gel manicure. I didn’t want to talk much and the folks who cared for me understood it and let me rest! I recommend this place for the cleanliness, timeliness, and quality of the gel manicure nail shape and longevity. I loved the pedicure and would recommend you go if you’re looking for efficient and precise and well polished toenails!

I’ve seen Alice and, occasionally Tina, for many years. Alice does a wonderful job on my diabetic feet. Everyone with diabetes knows how important it is to take care of your feet. My manicure always lasts nearly two weeks without chipping. I no longer live in Oakland but happily drive in from Contra Costa for their wonderful services.

I forgot to take a photo of my gelish manicure right after but here it is after 2.5 weeks. They lasted so long and Lucy did a fantastic job cleaning up my cuticles -which was no easy job! It was my first time getting my nails done in over a year!

This is the best nail salon in the bay bc they focus on both an immaculate mani/pedi AND the health of your nails. I always feel like l have a new set of hands and feet when I leave ! I love natural nails plus

I refused to go ANYWHERE else. This has been my spot for several years now. The techs are amazing, the quality is always great, my gel nails last 3 weeks and pedicures months. Alice treats her team so well and I love to see that, too.

FYI: because they focus on natural healthy nails they do not do gel on toes, acrylics, or dip. If that’s your thing just don’t go here! But for gel manis and regular polish pedis they are the best of the best.

Honestly, I am a guy who gets his nails done every month for the past 10 years, and this place is literally the best pedicure, massage, amazingness, ever. Worth every single penny. And very professional!!!
