MedExpress Urgent Care

Came here for a pre-employment drug screen and it went well. Checking in was straight forward and the nurse who conducted the urine test gave clear step-by-step instructions so the process went smoothly. I did make an appointment, which I would recommend others to do if it’s not an emergency.

the young lady at the front desk was very helpful with my appointment and insurance issues from the time i walked in with her greeting and smile. i explained i had hearing aids and it getting a feed back. in this office i took them out and she had to repeat her self several times and never lost patience with me ... she called the insurance company to make sure i was at the correct place that except my insurance she explained that i would be able to be seen at 7pm for appointment , i came back and she was still there after a long day and still pleasant just as she was at 9am. I cant spell her name but her kindness will before in my thoughts ...

I was a walk-in and was seen quickly. Everyone from the check-in to the nurses and doctor ran tests and diagnosed me right away. In comparison to the hospital ER this was a surprising amazing experience. Even helped with my prescription. Better care than my longtime PCP.

Highly Recommend! I did the virtual appointment because of pink eye and really couldn't drive to get to the office. It was fabulous! Very efficient!

I came to this clinic for pre employment labs and drug screen. I highly suggest making an appointment ahead of time like I did. The front desk staff were very kind and informative. I have issues with my veins being small and deep therefore I’m usually a hard stick. Sherry is the nurse who took my blood and she got it on the first try! She is very experienced and knew what she was doing! So if you come to this clinic and know you are a hard stick ask for Mrs. Sherry :)

I went there for my yearly DOT physical, several people were there at opening. The front desk was polite and professional no problem with checking in. Even with the number of people waiting to be seen, I wasn't waiting all that long before my name was called. I can't say enough GOOD about Dr. Satnam Aujla wonderful bedside manner. Made me feel very at ease. The nurse that took my vitals wished me a good day as I as leaving.

I can't say enough how great everyone was to me & how much they really cared for me. I was so sick & in pain & they REALLY went above & beyond to help me!! From the secretary to my nurse he was just awesome (and very sweet) all the way to my doctor who really took her time to ask questions and make sure I was getting the correct medicine's to get me better. Thank you ALL for being the best & most caring care team!! I am feeling so much better 💞

We are new here to the state, but I ended up having to come here for my 5yr old son. From the time we walked in the door it was very welcoming. The lady at the front desk was so kind and polite, the wait was not long and the doctor we had, he was very nice, kind and patient. He knew his stuff, he had great bedside manner. I would not hesitate to comeback if we need to!!!

The doctors and nurses are so kind, cheerful, and caring of their patients. They truly care about getting you better

I has technical difficulties and the doctor worked with me, spending time she didn't have to, to allow me to resolve them and get to the appointment. She was great and the telehealth appointment was very convenient since my car is in the shop.

My mom was feeling dizzy and nauseous-we went to an afc urgent and the wait was 2+ hours. Desperate I googled urgent care-thankfully this place popped up! I called and she was SO friendly, told me to bring her and they would get her in immediately! The staff was friendly & comforting! My mom said she was treated so well and quickly! Within an hour she was able to go home & lay down and the prescription was sent! She ended up having the flu-if you’ve ever had you know that these things mean so much!! I can’t thank everyone there enough! Our experience was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

The staff was very professional and polite. Laura greeted me and was very pleasant. Marieksa triaged me and went above and beyond to make me feel better. She was very patient and gentle when having to swab my sore throat. Joshua the NP was very gentle, polite and professional. He was patient when asking all of my questions.

Every time I’ve been, everyone has been very helpful and polite. I was able to see the same doctor last two times I went on the weekend. Had to wait last time I went but I was told that when I called, front desk lady came outside and got me, didn’t have to wait nearly as long as guesstimated. I’m glad they are open the hours they are, cuz none of us can see our regular docs when we really need to. Everywhere is short staffed right now, so maybe give these people a little consideration.

I'm going to truly miss Dr. Julia Lena!! She was so personable, kind, attentive, understanding and immediately explained to me what was wrong in a way that I could fully understand and expeditiously called in my medications!! The staff was very kind, special shout out to Sherry!!! My experience was a complete five star!!!! I don't even wanna go to my PCP anymore!!! Thank you to everyone!!

Yesterday was my first time at this MedExpress, and might be the best "drop-in" clinic experience l've ever had. Everyone l dealt with, from check-in, intake, medical procedure, Dr. diagnosis and recommendation--was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional. I would recommend, and will use this clinic again. They are quite busy, so get there before they open at 8:00 if you can, to be one of the first in line.

I had a really good experience here today. It wasn’t a sick visit, but a pre-employment panel, and it’s the best experience I’ve really ever had with an urgent care. The tech who worked with me, Chris, was personable, friendly and informative. The rest of the staff I spoke with, but didn’t catch their names, were also. It really seemed like they were a good team together, I even made mention of that while there. Anyway, the staff I worked with today was great, I hope everyone gets a chance to experience that when they visit

Have been to several other locations and wasn't impressed by them. This location was great, friendly, and fast

This was my first visit to this location after a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad that I went there! Easy app check in process and friendly staff. Had been to my doctor 2 days prior, but not given any meds. MedExpress NP immediately diagnosed my condition and put me on antibiotics and Prednisone — began feeling better within a few hours. Will definitely come back in the future!
