A kiosk is good for some people but not all but it is a fast ready when you need it right there machine but I've noticed some people have a hard time with it

Straight Talk used to be a good company. I had this service for over 10 years. They screwed something up on my bill, acknowledge that it was not my fault, but still expected me to pay for there mistake. Got off the phone and switched to another carrier immediately. Straight talk will rob you

Straight talk as a carrier leaves a lot to be desired. I was a straight talk customer for a couple of years: service was adequate but there were quite a few dead areas, and sometimes data was really slow. When I needed to port my number to a new company, they put up barriers to the transfer. Their policies wasted 2 hours of my time.

Worst customer service!!!
So glad I left Straight talk!
All the support department can do is apologize and give excuses as to why they can't help.
So many excuses and zero help.
I cant believe this company is still in business!!!
