After witnessing McNary Williams Jackson take care of a loved one, I decided at that time that they would be the ones to take care of my wife and I. The overall professionalism of the staff from beginning to end was phenomenal. They care for us as if we were their family. I would highly recommend this organization to to service anyone in their time of need when it comes to the loss of a loved one. The owner, Mr Lewis, made us feel so comfortable before, during and after the ceremony. I would highly recommend this service from this organization to anyone in time of need. We had the misfortune of losing a loved one suddenly. To make matters worse, we were not in the same city & state as our beloved family member. So, we had to quickly plan funeral arrangements in an area we were unfamiliar with. Excellent service at a great price. Lenny was very easy to work with, using texts, docusign and calls for quick and helpful comms. His price was by far the best I called around for, and services were top quality. He explained what I needed to do in this difficult time of losing my mom. And ensured our wishes were carried out quickly with minimal stress. Now we are ready to take her ashes back with us to Europe. Highly recommended professional and reliable service.

Lenny is a wonderful Funeral Director, My father passed away 5 years ago. And Lenny was there for me and my family every step of the way. My father passed from cancer and I wasn't sure if I wanted to have a open casket. BUT when I went to view my father's body, I was amazed at how he looked.. his staff worked a miracle on my father, he looked GOOD. Lenny has also provided funeral Services for 9 of my family members. Including my cousin that he has at this very moment.. 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is a understatement. I wish I could have given him 10 Stars...

I cannot thank this staff enough after all my mother was my most prized possession, and he handled my mother with care he took on the responsibility of excepting her expired body at 3 AM in the morning and this he came and did his self. He did not use any other staff is because he know how much my mom meant to me. This man got here and did not know that he had on Two different shoes. That’s how much he thought of our family to come and make sure my mom’s remains were in. The best of care if anyone is looking for someone to take care of the final preparation’s, whether it’s a family or friend I highly recommend that you go with this company it’s not just a job for them. It is truly done with tender, loving care.

Extremely professional! Took care of my dad in May of 2022 and took care of my mom in Jan of 2023! I even recommended a friend who’s dad passed in March 2023! Took care of him as well! I highly recommend them! The young lady that runs the office downtown Oakland really has her stuff together! Overall it was a very smooth handling of my parents situations. I would like to start off with thinking pastor Mario Howard for his hospitality he couldn't have done a better job with letting us all celebrate the home going of my sister LaShon Graham; he took out the time after dialysis to come and open the gates up of the church just so that we can celebrate our loved one. I thank and appreciate how clean the church was. I also wanted to thank Lenwood Lewis and his son for all they did it was an honor and a pleasure for his service as well as the family Church Antioch.
