OUTSTANDING SERVICE HERE!!! Julius is awesome and I am so happy we decided to come here. We ordered 3 brand new phones and accounts with them.

Verizon is and will always be the best phone company. They have the BEST customer service when you have an issue or need tech support.

They are always very helpful. The wait was long but once I was hooked up with a person she got me on a new plan with the same money and more features, and recommended a phone with a great promotion. She also helped set everything up.

I had an excellent customer service experience in this store. I came in on a Thursday afternoon at around 1 pm. There were already three people in the store being helped. I waited less than 5 minutes before Alantra came to help me. She was pleasant, professional , and very patient with all of my questions. I was very satisfied with my experience. I would not hesitate to bring my business to this store again.

These folks are super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I have had only wonderful experiences here, esp. with Graham (a manager?). He is the pinnacle of professionalism, knowledge, great listening skills, pleasant, comfortable demeanor. A model professional!! I will note that I really dislike having big box/corporate stores in our awesome neighborhood (booo, Chipotle), I really can't complain about this store.

I went to this Verizon a couple days ago and the service was great. We went into the store late and were at first told we couldn’t get help but the manager came over and was very kind and helpful. She helped us with all our phone problems and gave us honest tips. I would recommend coming here because the manger for the place is pretty great and we can tell she cares for her staff and customers.

Julius was the best phone service representative I have ever encountered at any location. He helped everyone in line as quickly as he could. He expedited quick issues. He walked through my issue completely. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the process.

Shaakira, an impressive woman who works there, did a great job of methodically troubleshooting my phone's problem, while being really friendly and professional. She quickly got me going on my way with a smile on my face. I couldn't ask for better service :)

Im NOT easy to Please! However, We had GREAT service from Verizon Representative wilgr7u-E262S. Do NOT Let this employee go! The most professional I've seen in any Verizon Store. We bought 3 new phones with two additional lines to add to our account with ease! SIX (6) Stars All Day!!

I'm from out of town, came in to the store because I needed replace a phone that broke while I was traveling. The level of service at this store far exceeds anything I have seen anywhere: There was no waiting, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, everything I needed was in stock, no one tried to upsell me and they completed what turned out to be a very complicated data transfer perfectly.The most stellar part of the experience was the service provided by Julius - who stuck with us the whole time, managing every part of the process with patience and professionalism, and in the process found ways to save me lots of $$$$$!

Susy was super friendly, attentive and helped me finalize the setup of my new phone quickly. But most importantly, she installed my screen protector like pro! 🙃

It's usually busy but the employees are always professional, courteous and efficient. I usually just go to pay my bill but I don't hesitate to go there when I have a technical issue, which was the case the last time I was there.

Got there just before a rush of people walked in. All employees were very attentive and multitasked well.

A+! Returned to being a Verizon customer after 20 years. Ordered my wife's new iPhone 11 (red) last night online and picked it up today. Great help from staff. Friendly. Socially distanced protocols in place.

Full disclosure. I am a recent Verizon corporate executive employee by way of acquisition of the BlueJeans by Verizon video conferencing solutions.

Regular neighborhood Verizon store with good service. Went to change out my sim for a new phone I received for Christmas. After short wait, salesperson on the floor was able to do it for me know problem.

The staff was helpful and very patient and understanding with my mother (87 yrs with hearing difficulties). Provided her with instruction and assistance with finding the best phone for her.

I purchased a mobile hotspot, new phone and added an additional line. The team was so patient and helpful with me!!! I will most definitely do business with them again.

Staff was helpful. I got a new phone, but not through Verizon. I needed only to switch replace the SIM card, which they did with promptness and free of charge.
