Amazing authentic Mexican food with vegetarian options. I loved their vegetarian huaraches and veggie stuffed quesadillas. The fresh drinks were authentic and tastes home made. I recommend to any vegetarians who love home made Mexican food

Highlights of the meal - the alambre and the chips. The alambre was delicious and well executed. The tortillas and the chips were also very tasty. I didn’t even need salsa because I was enjoying the taste so much. Don’t worry, I did end up using salsa as well. The huarache wasn’t my favorite, but my fiancé liked it, and just take a look at the giant steak on top! Hard to beat that.

Food was really good and i was happy. I had the chicken in mole sauce and a breaded steak torta

After about 5 years we finally came back to this whole in the wall for their delicious food. My boyfriend had the sample platter and i had the barbacoa platter, let me tell you!! 10 out of 10 🤌🔥🔥🔥 I am committed to taking the drive from Los Angeles to this place when ever I can.

Wanted chilaquilles. Came here on a friend's recommendation, didn't disappoint. The food was tasty, the staff is so attentive and nice. The atmosphere is great. Parking is scarce, so try the side streets.

I loved this restaurant. The waitress was nice, the menu has great choices and the food is tasty.

I've only been here twice, but was thoroughly satisfied both times. The last time I went, they had a special dish, chile en nogada. I've only seen this dish at one other location in the Bay Area, and it's quite labor intensive from what I gather. It's a beautiful dish, so visually attractive that you might not want to eat it! But do because it's delicious. Oh, and to top things off, they gave me a free calendar last time I was there.

The best DF style meals in Oakland!! This is a great place to tip waitresses and to invite family and friends!

Had tortitas de camaron today. I've never tried them until today and all I gotta say is I'm happy I did! They were super yummy I loved them. It's comes with black beans, rice and salad. The beans were also super yummy. Definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs way up lol

Love the food here. Love the hand made tortillas and the flavors of the food. Coooks are great. My husband brought me here, because this was his favorite spot. And now its all of our favorite spot for Mexican food.

They prepare an off menu gordita for me everytime I go there. (Ask for the Judy special.) It's vegetarian heaven, with ingredients not found in any other restaurant.

They caterer for my office and everyone loved it! I placed the order a day before around 5 pm and they delivered everything on time. They were very friendly and accommodating.
