My brother and I hired Ms. Ladley to represent us in an estate settlement. Our sister was the executor of the estate and was mismanaging and delaying the distribution of the estate over a four year period. Ms. Ladley was instrumental in moving the process forward with little delay and uncovering estate assets that were not being declared by our sister. With Ms. Ladley's expert representation, my brother and I were able to get our fair share of the estate. Without her we would have received virtually nothing. In the year prior to hiring Ms. Ladley I Hired two other attorneys to assist with this situation that failed to accomplish any results. I really didn't want to try a third time but my brother insisted. It was the best decision we made and would most strongly recommend Ms. Ladley's legal representation to anyone.

If only words could describe what this con artist put my family through. She was originally hired to litigate a trust despite matter in CA. But she was from WA and was not disclosed to anyone. So instead of listening to the clients to litigate the dispute, she filed charges close to $100k in legal bills and when we refused to pay because she was not doing her job she exercised a “power of sale” on the property of the Trust, which allows her to sell the property to pay her legal fees. She apparently saw this from a mile away and used the situation to unjust enrich her and foreclosure on the property which none of the clients wanted. We had fire and hire another attorney who explained to us that she was just charging us the billable hours. Shortly there after she ended up suing us for more fees. We had to hire another attorney to deal with her complaint. RUN! Whatever you do, RUN as far away from this con artist. You have no idea the 5 year we have all been thru. She literally ended up with 1/4 of the home for absolutely nothing!! Please don’t make our same mistake.
