Ordinaire Wine Shop & Wine Bar

I really enjoyed this wine bar! The wine options were great and I found out all they only carry natural wine so that was a plus! I actually just went back again today and bought a whole case and it was so reasonable. Will definitely be coming back when I need more wine!

Stopped by for pre dinner drinks. Quick service. Good selection. Cheese plate was also delicious with good bread. Would consider working from here in the afternoon.

Not a wine drinker but apparently this is a great spot for natty wine. Friends took me here with a box of pizza that we can consume while drinking wine. The staff are knowledgeable and give great recommendations that fit our palette. The prices are really really reasonable for this little establishment and a perfect location to sit outdoors and enjoy the nice weather with a food you brought and a glass... bottle of wine..

Awesome spot to get your natty wine fix and great selection from around the world. Cool looking spot and some nice little benches outside to sip your wine on the sidewalk. A perfect spot for a wine date if ya ask me!

I've stopped in both for a sit down wine/snack and just to grab a bottle to go. Each time the recommendations I get are quite good and I have enjoyed every bottle I've purchased. Their outdoor area is great with a chilled glass on a nice sunny day.

The people that run this wine shop are thoroughly lovely folk. I went there this week and embarrassingly my english card was declined after he’d actually poured my drink. He smiled and said don’t worry have the drink. Of course my shame prevented me from forgetting this kind turn, so I returned two hours later and paid him.

But my payment continues has now I’m giving them five stars. Thank you.

Super cute wine shop & wine bar. I don't drink a lot of natural eines, so it was fun to get to sample a few. If I lived closer this would definitely be my neighborhood spot to meet friends for a drink.

A remarkable selection of mostly European and California natural (organic) wines that you won't find any where else in the Bay Area. And a charming bar with wines by the glass. We ordered a cheese plate and I had an incredible sparkling white from the same region in Italy that produces Prosecco. Wow. On a beautiful, warm Saturday in Oakland near Lake Merritt we sat outside and had a mini vacation experience.

My favorite wine bar period. Best selection of old world natural wines in the US probably. Fun vibe, cool space. Crowd can be kind of vibey and weird but otherwise this place rocks.

The best wine drinking experience in the bay. Great people and fabulous natural wine that will change your life. Mondays often have a Bistro night that is a sweet deal for a prixfix menu. Don't miss it.

Staff had excellent knowledge of potential allergens in wine, helpful about providing samples so you don't have to compromise your safety to find a taste you love. During the pandemic, their safety protocols and accessibility have been excellent.

Love this wine bar! So many great french, Italian, spanish, Portuguese and American wines. Even ciders and pet nats. The people who work there are super friendly and will help with any questions you have. Their wine clubs are also fantastic.

If you’re a natural wine lover then this is the place for you. Awesome service and an impressive selection of wine! You can grab a bottle and sit by the lake nearby or have a few glasses and hangout inside. The space is perfectly cozy and inviting.

Love the eclectic and cozy atmosphere. Great for intimate conversations. Ofc the wine is great all around... the cheese/meat platter is also delish!

Casual and fun atmosphere. Lively in the evening but not loud enough that you couldn’t carry on a conversation. Our wines & cheese were great recommendations from the staff.

One of my favorite places to bring people when they come into town — everyone there is great and the wine is just as good 🍷
