Umami Express

If I were to have a checklist of the meal I’d want to marry, this checked off my boxes.

☑ delicious

I cannot praise how much this hit the spot. Fresh ingredients and quickly made. Ordered the organic Tofu Greens Bowl, added tofu, avocado with a garlic sesame soy sauce dressing. 🤌🏾

I got the smoothie, a side of steamed veggies and a tofu bowl and not only were all three clearly made with high quality, organic ingredients, but they were absolutely delicious. 10/10. But what impressed me even more than the food tonight was the thoughtfulness of the gentleman working. They closed at 11:30 pm (bless them for being the only vegan, organic food in the area open that late) and was cutting it close to get there before closing time. When I arrived 1 or 2 minutes after 11:30, I was worried that I had missed my opportunity and screwed up, but no - a thoughtful young man was literally standing in front of the restaurant with my order, waiting for me. He definitely didn’t have to do that - service is way above and beyond - 20/10! That wonderful young man saved me after I hadn’t eaten all day and couldn’t find anything vegan open late, I’m so grateful. <3

Super fresh ingredients! Had the Chicken Greens bowl with extra Wagyu.
- cabbage was crunchy and had no “dirt taste”
- water chestnut had wonderful texture without that sour turnip-like smell
- sauce complimented the greens bowl perfectly

The taste profile is on the lighter side despite even having the chili oil and lemon garlic dressing — but everything is balanced and fresh.

I feel healthy even after eating the wagyu beef.

My company gets food delivered from here on the regular and I always get so excited to try all of their delicious lunch options. Everything tastes so fresh, healthy combinations and bright flavors. You can't go wrong with anything!

Tried multiple times to order at different times and each time cancelled. One was late night and the other was around 4pm. Each time cancelled. Tried calling to see what was avaible and no answer.

I ordered from this restaurant 3 times on uber eats, and all 3 times they cancelled my order with no explanation. I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend it to others.
