They really have a great selection of clothes shoes and accessories I would have been very disappointed to terminate my patronage with them over a simply remedied situation. Thank you Ullah. I have had a vacillating experience with A Step Forward. It went from great to horrible and dismissive until Ullah stepped forward and saved the day! I really appreciated her taking care of the situation and refunding me. I did have some odd moments with some of the other staff but in the end it was made right.

This is an adorable store with a lot of charm. They carry quality brands and a lot of cute styles I haven't often seen in other places. The store is on a cute convenient street, and has a lot of European styles as well.
