Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My fiancé and I purchased a house that was foreclosed. We decided to do as much work on the house as we could to save money. So I bought a paint sprayer from this store. 3 weeks later I was ready to use it and start painting the interior of the house. I had never used a sprayer before, I knew the basics and I set it up. I was doing something wrong, I tried everything and even called the store for advice on what I was doing wrong. I Couldn’t figure it out. I went a whole day with no paint on a wall. The next day I called the store and was getting ready to bring the sprayer back down to the store. I spoke to the store manager before bringing the sprayer down. He offered to come to the house and look at it for me. So I accepted. Miles (Store Manager) came to the house along with the Sherwin Williams paint rep (Gary) and both of them in nice clothes helped me. They figured out what was wrong with the sprayer which was nothing, and they got it working. They showed me some tips and had it set up to start painting. I am going on a week now of painting and it looks amazing. I can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to help a customer. I’ve never had a store go above and beyond like this. They truly exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile. The Graco 395 PC sprayer is working great and the house is coming together. My fiancé Samantha and I are customers for life!

I needed paint for exterior shade structure and had a 15 year old paint can. The 2 representatives who assisted me were very well informed; matched the paint and suggested a few additional items which were very useful since I hadn't painted anything years. Help out to my car was an extra benefit, thank you. Excellent service! Very pleased with my visit, and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent. They are always helpful and friendly and today they helped me match a paint from some crazy brand that a homeowner had stashed in his garage for God only knows how long. They hot it spot on.
