Have been going to this cleaner for decades.
Lately though the attitude and service of staff has become very
negative. I think they have forgotten customer service summarized by
what once was an entertaining personality that now has gone to far and is
more "what are you going to do for me" instead of "we appreciate your loyalty and what can we help you with.
The facility itself shows it's years of use.
My last visit was met by a very hostile response to my simple request. "You are going to have to wait until we finish our lunch"! How quickly does one forget the holiday generosity I extended based on what basically was a demand I contribute too.
I will never go back!
