I have been working with them for over 10 years and never once had anything less than a stellar 5* experience. Recently I received my 150 gl. Tank with custom stand. It is unbelievable but what’s more unbelievable is the customer service I received from Scott. I told him what I was looking for in my tank as well as where I wanted my equipment placed and Scott walked me through the whole design and gave me great advice where to put everything. I couldn’t be happier.
Scott gave me a build timeframe of 5 weeks and was right on time. The tank came on 2 pallets and was definitely securely wrapped and boxed to prevent any damage.
The Tank was just beautiful as was the stand that he built.
Nowadays I have found that customer service is at a all time low but not at TruVu where I was treated with respect and kept up to date on my build.
I am letting my Tank acclimate presently and will be filling with African Cichlids in the near future.
I will submit my photos when tank is complete.
