Incredible spontaneous stop on our bike ride around the Bay Area. The owner was enthusiastically hospitable, setting us up with a selection of pastries and dumplings, and moving chairs outside so we could sit with our bikes. The pork rib bun was one of the best things we ate on our whole trip. Highly recommend.

I haven’t been here in like five years now so I took a trip here just to get some good dim sum like pork siu mai and shrimp rice rolls and the owner hooks me up for three boxes of dim sum and some sweet treats too for 50.00 the food was just as good as I remember it too. I will be back. Thank you so much for remembering me since it was great to see you too. Thank you for the pork and salted egg porridge treat too much love 💕

Cute little shop with donuts, dim sum, and some off-menu dishes (congee and fish noodles). Affordable and quick eats.

Love this place! The lady who runs this place is an absolute boss, I don’t know how she manages to run the whole place by herself. Plus she always throws in extra donut holes/small bites as a bonus - so sweet! There’s a wide variety of donuts and they’re super delicious and fresh. The pork rib bun was to die for. The samosas were crispy and flavorful as well. My new favorite donut spot to go to on my way to the Bart!

Not only regular donuts, they serves Chinese dim sum and Burmese foods & items.
First time visit and bought for $30 of food in photo 1 & 2: in photo 1 - those included juicy pork Siu Mei + chicken Siu Mei, 1 pork lotus rice + 2 chicken lotus rice, shrimp dumplings, 1 egg tart, 1 pork sweet rice; photo 2: stupidly large super size 4 x pork buns - pork mixed with very less veggies with Chinese sausage, portion of egg and mushroom.

We all crave beef wonton noodles 🍜 lumping shainghai and siomai and this is the best place where we want to 😋

This is my go to place for dim sum. Their pork dim sum is the best and their chicken ones aren’t too far behind. Their chicken bun was also pretty good but it seemed like the bun itself could have been a bit more moist. Also their prices are pretty decent.

The fantuan are amazing. With the crunchy fried bits and savory vegetables, it's an experience. Also, the milk tea is wonderful. Since it has almost no sweetener, you get the original tea and milk taste that is incomperable. We plan on visiting as often as we can.

One of my favorite places in the world. I come here every morning for dim sum when I visit family in the Bay Area, a couple of times per year. The matriarch of this family business, Jennifer, remembers me every time. She remembers all of her customers and their orders, although I don’t order. I let her pick for me. It’s always delicious. The place is small, crowded, and bustling. There are only three small tables nestled among boxes of supplies (which just adds to the charm), so most of customers take their dim sum and donuts to go. It’s busy for a reason. Everything is authentic, fresh, and tasty. The family members running the place are friendly and welcoming. Five stars.

The best donuts and foods you can find in SF, not sure about other negative reviews. The most unique whole in the wall place I've found. You should def try and will come back!

Didn't realize this "Donut" shop was more like a dim sum + street food shop. (Consider renaming?) Definitely great value and the boss woman likes to give you stuff to try, which is kinda great and homey. The menu/options could be better displayed, as there are lots of dim sum options you have to ask for without realizing it's there.

Some things are exceptional, like the radish cake, rice rolls, chicken feet/ribs, cookie egg tarts. Also they have durian puffs, so that satisfies the durian cravings from time to time if you get those like me. Lots of buns and baos to choose from as well, including a pork chop bun for you Macanese out there. A lot of the dim sums are not typical Cantonese flavors either, so it's kinda interesting. Give it a shot, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I've been coming here for over 2 decades and they have always had low pricing and the best quality food from donuts to dim sum.. the people that work there are very friendly so u feel welcome and comfortable. The food is great, and they offer such a variety of items - thank u for having the best donuts and still keeping the prices low

Very small family run place with a ton of great options you don't see anywhere else. Pork buns, dumplings, curry on the weekends, and a whole host of sweets and fried goods you can pick from the display case. Super nice people, my favorite place to get food in Union City. Also ask about the Burmese milk tea.

From the outside, Donut Delight sounds like an ordinary donut shop. However, once you step inside you notice they have dim sum in addition to donuts and pastries! But wait, there's something else! On Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 3pm, they have a Burmese menu available for dine-in and take-out!

There are 15 items on the menu, which took me forever to decide from...so I asked for recommendations. The lady behind the counter highly recommended the coconut noodle soup, which is an off-the-menu item.

The coconut noodle soup had round rice stick noodles, Chinese donut (youtiao), chicken, fried squash, onion, and cilantro.

There were spices and lemon wedges available on the table, too.

I love this place. Literally a whole in the wall joint. I go there everyday. The sticky rice is off the hook. The shumai is amazing. The husband and wife who own this place are so friendly. Absolutely cheap and great grub. Love it.

This donut shop has the best donuts in the Bay area. They also sell some amazing dimsum. Recommend the chicken n shrimp and pork and shrimp shumai. Will come again!

Hopia, siopao, and dimsum are good and tasteful. The best in town.
