Tracy is the best hair stylist I have met across in Bay Area. I recently got my hair highlights done from her and she did amazing job.
My husband loves his haircuts by tracy too. Its just you always have to take appointment to visit the salon, they don’t take same day walk ins.

I cannot thank Tracey enough for literally saving my hairs! I have long hairs (knee length) and last week it got jumbled and tangled badly that I was not able to do anything, it got tangled into 2 big knots and literally I was at the risk of having them cut and lose the long length but here comes Tracey like a Godsend and even though she didn't had any appointments she agreed to meet me post closing time and patiently dealt with the mess for more than 1 hour and saved me from the tangles, we had to cut through them but majority of them got saved without much impact! So, shout to her expertise, compassion, patience and hard-work she is a Rockstar and best hair stylist I ever came across!

Awesome service. I was little early then appointment and she took me in. Tracy us just so good. She gave me the best hair cut I had in USA in last 3 years. Very nice, professional and clean environment. I went during and I am glad how nicely she took all precautions and cleaned and sanitized everything before and after the service. Happy with the hair cut for the very first time. Now this is going to be my all time place for hair cut and hair styling.

I usually write reviews when I am extremely impressed or terribly disappointed. Tracy’s haircut is very good! It was my first time to her and she gave me the haircut exactly as I asked her to. It won’t be my last. I encourage you to go for a haircut and explain what you want. She’s smart and good at her job. I will be going there for years to come!

Got a haircut here in Sep 2020 while COVID restrictions have started to ease. The shop was clean, hygienic and Tracey did a good job styling my hair. She made sure attending to only one customer at a time. I would recommend calling in advance to book a time. Also, reasonable prices

Tracey & staff are amazing, affordable, and efficient. It's always a pleasant experience at New Image- just make sure to call ahead rather than walk in, as they can get pretty busy at times. I've been holding out since the beginning of the pandemic on getting a haircut elsewhere in hopes that they open again soon :D

In and out in under 30 minutes for a men's haircut, cooperative with my requests, polite, and inexpensive.

I just found this place tonight while on a bike ride. Tracy did an awesome job of cutting my hair. She is also a very pleasant person. She didn't make me feel rushed and her prices were very reasonable. I will be back.

We loved the service here. I took my 17 month so for his first hair cut and the lady did a fabulous job. We were just 5 mins before the closing time but the lady still accepted to do the hair cut. She was very patient and kept telling me that kids generally feels uneasy and we have to bear with that

Tracy is fantastic! She's very creative and always asks questions to ensure she makes your hair look the way you're envisioning it. She's flexible with scheduling and if you have a last minute hair emergency she'll try to help out.
In the past, I've asked countless hairdressers to bleach my roots via lots of highlights and tone my already blonde hair to a near platinum blonde, but they never quite get it right. Tracy achieved this the first time she did my hair! She's also done long layer trims several times for me and it always flows nicely and most importantly she doesn't chop it off.
I have to say this is the best my hair has looked in years!
