Raley's

Went for grocery shopping and found a great selection. A very well appointed shop with fine produce.
Found the specific tea and all other sundries I needed on my first visit. Impressive.

The customer service follow up is outstanding. Especially Angela M. in the Paseo Padre, Fremont, California, location. She followed up with me when I was in need of an item to ensure I received what I wanted. Thank you Raley’s for having wonderful representatives on site.

Moved to Fremont more than a year ago…initially we used to prefer Whole Foods right across because surprisingly we found few items cheaper there than Raley’s. However, overtime we realized on an average Whole Foods ends up way more expensive.

Raley’s has a much better selection of items than whole foods, cheaper and wide variety of options.

The word that comes to mind is spectacular. I mean, for a market. Super clean with great variety. There’s a Hallmark shop inside, what? Like I need more impulse buy opportunities. Great shopping experience!

Brilliant store fresh food every day warm meals. A grade vruit and vegetables. Definitely worth visiting.

Definitely need to shop here more often the store was clean and had a lot of ready made options and some pretty good deals. The cashier was friendly and fast . Great customer service!

I went there yesterday. For the first time. I was amazed how clean and neat the store way. Plus the prices there are really good. Compare to Safeway. I will be going back.

Updated, modern, clean and well organized. Pricing is fair and slightly more affordable than Safeway. Employees are kind and efficient in checking people out.

I had purchased a sandwich and sat down at the tables they provide and my sugar dropped as I dozed off. I was awoken by a security guard dropping f bombs and pulling out his pepper spray. I was hurt and so appalled. The male manager on duty watched the whole thing go down and did nothing but smirk. And laugh. Saying mean and nasty statements. I reported the incident to the female manager on duty and she said there will be an investigation. Even when I purchased my food I was treated like spoiled trash! Sad Sad 😢 corporate needs to be involved!

Today was a great day at Raley’s. Store was bright, clean and stocked. Whoever worked deli this morning made the best sandwich, thank you. Produce was looking perfect. Young meat guy explained rockfish uses, super nice. No wait for checkout and can’t beat the reward program. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Great deals on Monday. Highly recommend downloading the app on your phone and check out deals in advance. Love the frozen section of meat as well as fruits. Always have some sort of deals on one or the other type of icecream. Walkable distance from my home and a regular customer.

Good neighborhood grocery store. Has everything I need and then some. The produce section is decently stocked. I feel that they often run out of leafy greens in the produce section. the staff is super friendly and the self check out machines always work. I come here often and will continue to do so for as long as I live close enough

Ordered our groceries on line and picked up at the back of the store. Everything was perfect! The young man who loaded the groceries was very nice, quick and heeded all the Corona precautions. Very good experience. We have done this three times and as we are senior citizens we appreciate the service!!

This Raley's has two things that others don't: Dutch Crunch loafs that are baked daily (still warm when they open) and the best sushi I can attest to. The women who makes the Sushi, has the touch. Give her a raise to let her know she is greatly appreciated. If she is standing there she will make it in front of you the way you like. (as coming thru the front door her station is to the right of the soup. Do yourself a favor: Get you some Sushi.

Quick shopping trip today to get some essentials for cooking which we ran out. The store is organized and clean even at the end of the day. We were in and out with groceries in 15 minutes. In these times it’s nice to go to a non crowded grocery store that has things in stock. Miss those days where we can take our time shopping, but it helps that Raley’s has great hours and keeping everything clean and organized. Great job!

I came here with someone one weekend, and we found everything for a great time. I’ve also worked here as a vendor, and found that the variety of products that are brought in our merchandise and stocked in a nice way the store is beyond clean the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

I want to thank Ken in the delli he recognized I was not feeling well an got me a chair and water and checked on me to make sure I was OK. Again thank you for you kindness.Patricia oquendo
