Brought my clothes there on Monday for one hour dry cleaning, they said the earliest they could do was Wednesday for an express which I paid extra for but they were closed on Wednesday so I had to pick them up on Thursday, the same time I would’ve picked them up if I didn’t pay for express

The business has a sign that they are closing April 1 due to deteriorating conditions in Oakland. However, they have not been open for 2 days straight and my flight is today. I will need to spend extra money on clothes I don't need because they have not been open during posted hours in their last weeks of business.

I called in a day prior inquiring about the best time to see the tailor. I was told between 8am and 2pm.

I arrived the next day on my lunch break and was told that shortening and tapering a blazer was beyond their abilities.

They ship out the clothes that are to be altered.
