Quan does a great job with my clothes. Alterations are offered on some days, and my alterations have come back looking great. Great, friendly neighborhood cleaners.

Went by at 930am on Tuesday to pick up my clothes. The place was closed, lights off, door locked. I could’ve sworn they said they open at 9am. Frankly, a dry cleaner that opens at 9am is too late in the morning but having nobody there at 930am is unacceptable. They’re very nice people but there’s a better dry cleaner on the block.

I am standing outside a closed cleaners. Looking at my jacket on the rack that I need for a job I’m working today. That I cannot get at because there is nobody here during the hours they say they’re open, and after I told the guy that I would be here on Saturday morning.

Brought three dresses here for repair and still don’t have them back a month later. Every time I go the shop is closed during business hours.

They only take cash, which we did not know. Also hassled us for not having exact cash which is where I was done. Very $$$.

They don't seem to open on time; at least today.

Where are my clothes? Need I say more?
