LOST MY ITEMS & INCORRECTLY CHARGES CUSTOMERS

I recently moved to the area and as I go to the cleaners once a week I naturally needed to find one in my new area. What attracted me to this shop was how fast they were going to get my service done. When I dropped my items off I got a quote $6/pants,$4/shirt and $12 for the dress by a nice younger lady. However when I picked up from the older woman everything was double that $9/shirt and $14/dress. When I asked about the price she said next time she’ll honor that which I thought was strange why would it not be a consistent price

When I got home I noticed the clothes didn’t seem fresh at all and the belt to my dress was gone as this is my uniform I can’t wear this piece without it. When I called they did have it to the side with my name but they didn’t feel the need to reach out which I found odd

When I asked the younger women about the price difference she replied the older woman tends to overcharge customers and does not go by the system. Personally I’m not a fan of that system and I will not be returning for multiple reasons but go at your discretion I guess…
