Do not lease here. They are asking unnecessary money when you move out. We used the apartment very nicely and cleaned properly before we moved out. Essex Property charged us cleaning fees, base board repair, painting and carpet charges which are already comes under wear and tear. They want to repair and renovate the apartment with our money.

Also, they offered us $3300/month to renew our 13 month contract and when we declined it, Essex Property put our apartment for $2900/month.

This is how they treat the customer or former/current residents. When can we expect humanity from this kind of greedy real estate investors. “Poor become poor and rich become richer strategy is always killing the faith between humans.”

Snail speed maintenance. Pungent bathroom water flowing into my tub from upstairs apartments. Extremely unhygienic condition with bad small into my bed room. Both Bathroom clogged since last 5 days and maintenance staff is just dodging my calls. Haven't been able to take a shower for almost a week.
