Steven was super helpful and nice. He got all my packages labeled, made sure I had taped them so they would make it to the destination safely, and even stayed late to make sure my packages got out on time. He’s a superstar and a life saver. Above and beyond customer service, I am so grateful for him and I’ll be only going to this FedEx location in the future because of him.

I have never gone to a fedex store and left happier than when I walked in until today :)

I went to print a label and drop off a package. Brody met me with kindness and taught me how to print fedex labels for free and how to do the self service drop off! I feel like a fedex pro. Thanks Brody!

Brody is fabulous. She is quick. She is smart. She's courteous and polite. She's a total professional and she knows what the hell she is doing. Honestly, it gives me peace of mind every time I walk into the Emeryville store and see She's there because I know she can take care of my need in no time and I'll be in&out with my job done as quickly as it ever gets. Brody needs a big raise. She deserves it.

It was very difficult for me to find a store to print just 5 photos on matte cardstock to send to friends. Other stores had a wait time of 5-9 business days, but I am so glad I came to FedEx. Brody was extremely helpful and went far above and beyond to serve me by not only getting my photos printed, but she even offered to trim them down for me to the size I needed. She not only completely made my day, but restored a ton of my faith in the kindness of humanity. Brody is a phenomenal representation of customer service, and I will not only be returning to this location for all of my shipping/printing/etc. needs, but will be letting everyone know about it as well!

My favorite Fedex for package drop offs and today I used it for printing business cards for the first time. I submitted my order Sunday night and Brody printed it first thing Monday morning when she came to work. I was able to pick it up around 10:30 am and I had needed it by Wednesday so it was plenty of time. Price was reasonable and service was fast. Brody is also very helpful and friendly!

This 5 star review is for Cesar's excellent customer service. Recently I ordered a large print job online and mistakenly selected an option I did not intend to. Fortunately, Cesar graciously offered to reprint everything at no cost to me. It's refreshing to be treated so well, and I will be coming back to this Fedex location for all of my printing / packing / shipping needs.

I went around 2pm on a Saturday. Chester was the only person behind the counter, and he handled everything beautifully. He seamlessly moved between people dropping off packages, print jobs, and people with copy machine issues.

I was there for a last minute print job and Chester took my request into stride without missing a beat. It was done 90 minutes later. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but he is awesome!

Great service and short lines for the fedex “hold at location” service. I have all my high value shipments held here so I can pick up in person and not risk theft from my front door. I’m always in and out in under 5 mins, even with very large packages.

Very helpful and professional. Nice employees.

- As far as some of the earlier reviews, I just wanted to say that I too had a flat I was mailing to Australia, and yes, I was quoted $70.00
- However, the employee explained very nicely to me that since this is a "FedEx" establishment,
their shipping fees, include overnight delivery all over the world.

(Try booking your self on a flight to Australia for less than $70.00 overnight).

He was quick to refer me to a United States Post Office after asking what I was sending, which was some personal paperwork and a magazine issue.
He asked if the package was on a deadline, and no it wasn't, so he kindly said to me, you can always go to a post office for a simple mailing and save your self a lot of money.

We all saw the Tom Hanks film "Castaway", right ? About a Fed Ex employee who teaches the importance of timing to other FedEx employees all over the globe, and his plane goes down,
his character is alone on a deserted island for years ...

As far as copies, faxing and purchases they have normal low rates, and great merchandise and office supplies.
If you can't work a copier, a friendly employee is always standing by to help you.

Sometimes, speaking kindly with another human being, you will find yourself being treated kindly in return.

And try not taking a price quote as a personal attack.

I've used their services many times and have never ever been treated rudley, I found quite the opposite as a matter of fact.

The Emeryville FedEx Office is my favorite. Plenty of parking and outstanding customer service in all respects. Machines work well, its clean and well organized.Thank you Manager Dana! and Cesar and Jessica and Gabriel and more.

Friendly staff never had any problems. I use the fed ex shipping 98% of the time. So can't speak on printer issues.

In my experience the service here has always been friendly and fast. Never had to wait for long either.

Brody should be employee of the year. So helpful with printing cardstock and getting it cut right.

Nice people. Got my delivery quick. Other customers made it difficult to enjoy my experience there though, definitely need new clientele.
