Excellent customer service, call response time, knowledge of water heaters and plumbing on new and old houses, and ability to communicate info about same to people who don’t know anything about plumbing, pipes and water heaters. I will never use another plumbing company for my plumbing needs. Excellent follow-up service as well, no runaround. They also buy their products from professional plumbing company and not a Home Depot knock off
and take care of disposing old heater and plumbing.
