Kaiser Permanente Park Shadelands Medical Offices

We had a great experience with the pediatric department at Shadelands. When we arrived the Medical Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant. Surprisingly, there was no real wait time. We were taken back and again the Medical Receptionist was friendly and ask about our concerns and reason for the visit. Dr. Sena had amazing bed side manner and performed a thorough check on Jason’s breathing. She answered all of our questions and made recommendations. Most importantly, I want to acknowledge how well she listened and we felt it throughout the entire visit. If we didn’t like our pediatrician we’d consider switching to her. Thank you for a welcoming experience and putting us at ease regarding our son’s health.

From the moment I made my first appointment through the Park Shadelands physical therapy department to the moment I sadly said thank you and goodbye to my wonderful therapist, I was pleased I chose to get P.T. at this facility. The first round of therapy was with a wonderful therapist who transferred to a different Kaiser facility, to my most recent therapist, Shannon, I knew I was in good hands both pre and post major spine surgery. The waiting room is easily accessible, spacious and bright and airy, with bathrooms nearby. Without exception, my therapist called me in on time and at the conclusion of the friendly session, confirmed that I understood the exercises, how to do them and assured me that I could email them if I had questions. I am not yet pain-free, but I am so much better now than I was prior to that first appointment. I could not be more pleased with how each appointment went and, more importantly, the results ! Nurses are well-trained and have great experience. The doctor is highly educated and can suggest or refer on any subject. He remembers me from one visit to the next and gets involved with me and my case.

Dr. Craig is a great dermatologist. Friendly and very thorough in his examinations. In the past, he found a melanoma under my big toe that other dermatologists might have missed as I am told by other people that their dermatologist does not even have them remove their shoes.

The staff was courteous and kind to my situation. They assisted me to the room and were careful not to hurt me since I was in pain while i was there. The nurse and receptionist assisted me to my car. I was very impressed with their kindness. The doctor was very helpful

Andrea Williams is THE absolute BEST! She has been so helpful and patient with me on my skin journey. She is so friendly and down to earth. I recommend her a million times over!

MOHS surgeon Dr Sandra Bendeck and her assistant Kristine are fantastic in every way - knowledge, skill, and bedside manner. I have had two MOHS procedures with Dr. Bendeck a year apart and both were superlative.

The Women’s Health waiting area was clean. The Medical Assistant walked up to me in the waiting room rather than calling me from their door. She was friendly and courteous. I was seen promptly near my appointment time. NP Gumas was very thorough and addressed my concerns immediately.

I was early to my appointment and they got me in right away. Kelly, Dr Dossetor's nurse, was fantastic. Dr Dossetor explained to me what she could/would do and was great. Overall really pleased.

I always feel like Dr Anesoir listens and asks good questions in an efficient and caring manner! She always is positive and encouraging and flexible to my children and their sensitivities or fears.

I believe I have praised Dr McCabe before!!! I am happy to commend her again. Her stellar performance, her kindness, her professional presentation--- she is articulate, she is sharing of her wisdom, she explains her her knowledge in ordinary language. The receptionist was very friendly and quick of registering. Not too long of a wait before we saw Dr. Kamath who was awesome. Explained everything thoroughly, very friendly, knew her job very well. Happy to see her again and spread good words to friends and family what a wonderful Optometrist Dr. Kamath is!

Quick and inviting environment. Dr. Gupta was able to analyze what was happening with my work injury in just a matter of minutes. I truly respect her practice. The team was also very friendly and prompt.

Efficient, courteous, professional, and outcomes are great for cataract surgery and general eye care. Physicians will spend the time you need to clearly explain issues and treatment.

From the front desk staff to the medical assistant to the doctor herself, the experience in the OB-Gyn department was very warm and welcoming. I also received excellent care and answers to all of my questions during my visit.

Dr, Tomita was friendly and knowledgeable. He covered all my questions about multiple issues quickly and concisely without making me feel rushed so he could get to his next patient.

Cataract surgery was on 1/5/24 in the Martinez, CA facility. The staff was wonderful. Jennifer and Chris made the procedure stressless. Dr. Levinsohn is a great doctor. He works with his staff with lots of humor and genuine kindness. My visit on 1/6/24 to see Dr. Levinsohn in the Park Shadelands facility in Walnut Creek was comforting. He is a real pro and his bedside manner is refreshing.

Ashley was awesome. Very thorough. She answered all my questions and was trying very hard to discover my problem and it's solution. Most importantly, it was clear she really cares about her patients.
