Ten stars for Jose in the bakery, Erica for the balloons, Jason and Ingrid for the excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me for my son birthday party. I’m please with the perfection of the cake details performed by Jose. From the beginning he was understanding of my vision and executed with delivery. Super thankful for this Safeway. From the chicken to the cake and cupcakes everything was fresh and on time. And I must add very delicious!!!! Thanks to all of you for the wonderful day y’all made for my son, family, friends and myself!!!

Love this store. Great, fresh products. Victoria was super helpful notifying me when a product I was looking for hit the shelves, which is a very high level of customer service that made my day.

If I could give 500 Stars out of 10, I would. This goes out to Victoria. She was so helpful and friendly to me and when I spoke to her on the phone and explained what I needed. She was more than happy to help and I did not mind driving from South San Francisco to see her. I hope you see this Victoria, you deserve a raise or a bonus at the very least.

Much improved layout and feel after facelift. Especially like the new doors. Staff is always helpful. This Safeway is better than yours so don’t think twice.

One of the nicer Safeway stores - size, location, maintenance. Locality counts.

Easy parking lot to navigate. Great fresh sea food available. I was shopping for ingredients to make a sea food chowder. The clams, mussels and fish had just been delivered, and the quality was fabulous. I like shopping at the Concord Safewsy. They also have top grade meat, fruit, veggies and bakery goods. It is a great store and excellent cashiers and store helpers.

I love this store. They have a great Deli and Produce department. I also like the wide variety of brands that they carry. You have a good location. I will definitely be back for more shopping.

our cashier was Lance and he had the kind of urgency i love to see in workers! if there’s anyone who needs a raise it’s him!!

This Safeway is on my way home from work so easy to stop at. But also it's a clean store easy to navigate with the usual signs ect. Has good inventory ect not much else to say besides the store is pretty clean and easy to shop at usually short to no line for the self check out....

They r now going through a whole remodel with more self checkout stands ect

Need a beautiful Bouquet, Orchid plant or something unique Safeway will probably have it. When I need something at the last minute I can always depend on Safeway having something including a wonderful variety of beer and gift cards! Great selection on Breads and soups as well.

The Safeway was nice and clean, had a wonderful staff and a great selection of stuff that I need that day.

I had a surprising wonderful experience today. Elsie, LEad of fresh cut department, heard and saw me drop 2 beautiful Pre made salads $10 each. She was on her break and chose to help me get a replacements for the 2 salads. I’m forever grateful to a caring and kind individual at Safeway Countrywood! These salads are for my elderly parents! ❤

It's probably one of my favorite Safeway stores it has everything it's displayed beautifully any questions you have the answer is probably yes. I can't say enough about this Safeway. It's fresh beautiful friendly helpful there's trees in the parking lot so it's not baking hot when you get back in your car. Something I appreciate because I have a dog too. Luckily my dog usually goes with me because he's my service dog. But that's not always the case for a lot of people so I appreciate trees and parking lots but the Safeway is absolutely beautiful

I want to give a shout out to Jennifer and Cassidy from the Treat /Bancroft Safeway. Superior customer service. Friendly cheerful helpful and ever so kind. You should be proud to have them on your team. A positive asset to your company. Thank you girls!!!!

I am writing this review about the deli and specifically for Farrah R, Elizabeth R, and Lorna M in the deli. I ordered a plethora of sandwiches for a school event that was very detailed and these ladies not only made the sandwiches in a quick timely manner, but did so with smiles on their faces regardless that it was a VERY busy Saturday when I picked up my order. The customer service was outstanding and they were all fantastic to work with. I ordered the sandwiches, (50 sandwiches, 3 different varieties, cut in 1/2) and they delivered without a hiccup. I really appreciate the customer service they provided to me and would recommend Safeway on Bancroft and these ladies to anyone. Thank you Farrah, Elizabeth R and Lorna M!! You are greatly appreciated by St. Francis of Assisi School and myself.

This Store is open 24 Hours a day. The Store Employees are Friendly and helpful. When it was cold and I got stuck here since I live in S.F. they let me hang out by the bar @ Starbucks until Train Service resumed in the morning.

Attendant at the Deli was very helpful when I asked him where I could find what I was looking for. He walked me right up to the shelf where the product was. This was around 10 pm, so not a whole lot of people at the store at that time.
