Trader Joe's

The parking lot outside the store is large and convenient for shopping. There are many kinds of fresh products in the store, and the quality of the own-brand products is very good. I like it very much. The checkout staff are very friendly and will wrap and put the items carefully.

As for my experience in shopping 🛒 to trader Joe's everything is excellent 👌, the store itself has good atmosphere, well organized, all sales associate were helpful, friendly specifically all the cashier. I LOVE to try everything in the freezer so everytime I go there I will get something new to me and never been disappointed. I even included in my list whatever I tried that is really yummy. So I'm getting more & more. Thank you trader Joe's, more blessing to come. I'm rooting for you.GOD BLESS US ALL.

This is my Zen shopping space. I absolutely love everything about shopping here. Aside from TJ itself you have Peers for great coffee and Mona for a great burger. Back to TJ … the staff here is always friendly. I never struggle to park and getting in and out is just a breeze. I love all the seasonal items they bring in and some I wish would stay all year. And eggs … even in the height of the egg shortage TJ stayed loyal to us and didn’t jack up their prices. Thank you for all the affordable and experimental deliciousness Trader Joe’s!

Trader Joe's has great prices for fruits or vegetables. Also, on other food choices. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like and will try more items in future.

We do like TJ's! For a small store, they have a great selection of breads, cheeses, oils, dairy, beers, wines, and liquors, frozen foods, and many other staples, plus goodies.

I love their plant section. They also have a great selection of mixed salads and frozen foods.

Love this store. My diet restrictions are not a problem, I can simply Go to Trader Joe's and get what I need.

My go to store for groceries. Good quality organic food, bakery and wine at reasonable prices. The staff is amazing as with all other trader stores. Lots of parking space avaialble outside.

Excellent shopping environment. The store employee, Ben is terrific for distributing free sanitized napkins for customers at the entrance to the store. Priceless attidude!

Has almost everything, reasonable prices, lines move fast... good shopping experience always.

This location has all the usual things a TJs has and what you expect: fresh flowers, produce, meat, extensive wine, beer, and hard liquor selection, snacks, dried fruit, nuts, frozen food, diary, etc.

What I have never seen or expected to see is a free, help yourself “community bookcase” - a selection of books that people in the neighborhood drop off and anyone can help themselves and choose a book(s) to take home. Great free, environmentally-friendly idea.

Also this store had a “help yourself” basket of chocolate coins right next to the free “community bookcase” as you walk outside the door. Never saw in any Trader Joe’s I have ever shopped in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past 20 years.

These two “random acts of kindness” will make me want to come back to this particular location and shop.

This Trader Joe’s location is very popular. Whenever I am in the Lafayette area for an appointment, I stop by for groceries. I usually am there on weekday afternoons. Parking is difficult to find and see vehicles lined up to find a spot. The handicap spots are also usually taken. If a spot is not available nearby I look for a spot in the northern area of the shopping center.
Many people are in the store at this time of day but the atmosphere is pleasant. If I have trouble finding anything I ask the friendly and helpful staff. If you are familiar with Trader Joe’s you will find the usual staples and the prices are typically reasonable. As busy as TJ’s is I have never had to wait to check out. The check out staff have always been friendly and helpful.

A store I go to sometimes. Always has what I need 90% of the time. They do move items around the store, but I think it’s to make the store more efficient.
11/7/22 I was disappointed when checking out because I saw a lady in the 15 items or less lane with at least twice that amount. I'm not sure if you count 3 packs of seaweed as 1 item or 4. Either way, she had way too much to be in that line. My cashier was nice and helpful. I found what I needed, but had wished they had frozen edamame. It might be supply chain or not cleaned due to a recall. Would still go back for basic items.
12/18/22 I came here before I went to go grab my beverage. I picked up another bag of the butter toffee pretzels because those are like "crack". Perfectly sweet and salty. I was able to find them in the store, but not in the original location. They're running low and I'm glad that it's only seasonal or I would be in trouble. Next, I went to get what I was looking for. I then decided to check if they had edamame again in the freezer section. They did! I was happy! That was a great haul!
11/9/23 Came in here to get a few things on my refill shopping list. Found a new item I hadn't tried before. Returned some items and learned at this Trader Joe's that you take it to the customer service desk and then shop. Each store has its own way of doing returns. Was excited to see they had Kimbop, but disappointed they sold out. I did find out when they get it in, so I might try and make a trip to obtain some. Limit 2 per customer so I have a chance.
The holiday season is upon us, and the store has all of those limited time goodies. English Toffee, butter toffee pretzels again (yes and scored), hot cocoa melts, the cocoa bombs that are animal shaped, fruit cake, marzipan, panettone, and a bunch of other items. The store is set up slightly different than the Concord Ave store, but most items can be found. If you're not sure just ask.
