Best experience at any CVS I've ever shopped at in all the years I've been a loyal customer! All the employees we interacted with were friendly, helpful and most importantly HAPPY! What a pleasure!! Special shout out to Sharon who rang up our purchase. So friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful shopping experience today!!

Store was very clean and organized! Pat, the employee behind the register, was very helpful. The store has a lot of self check outs which is nice, but I like when there's someone behind the counter too.

Thanks to all the employees who work at this pharmacy; you are all patient and knowledgeable about the location of the products I need to find and always send me to the right place to find them. In thirty years, I have yet to have a complaint.

My wife and I were very pleased with the helpfulness of the clerks at the Bancroft Store in Walnut Creek, CA. They helped us locate items in the store; they offered 3 locations for one particular item and we were able to find a lower cost solution due to their helpfulness. Two clerks helped my wife locate a particular type of cleansing product. The cashier was also very courteous, kind, and helpful.

I got my covid booster here today. Service was great, same day appointment made online & self-check in at the Minute Clinic. The whole experience took 20 minutes.

I have a fear of needles & the lady giving the shot was very friendly / kind. Far better experience here vs Walgreens in Lafayette where they threw the needle into my arm like a dart at a dartboard.

I love this CVS. I go out of my way to come here. the employees are super nice and helpful. they are always stocked. I come here for the great deals on alchol and their selection of press on nails. the lines are almost never long and when they are they quickly call for backup.

Excellent customer service of Bancroft staff. I had a pick-up in CVS Antioch but due to the strong wind and rains that day I tried to go to Bancroft instead since I am in the area. Crismina, on the frontline, helped me for my request. I received a big help on that day, thanks to Crismina.

WOW! I am shocked by these reviews as this is my go-to CVS. I am here at least once a week, have been coming here for over 2 years and have NEVER had an issue. In fact, it has been the complete opposite as I LOVE this store.

The employees are super fast, helpful and beyond friendly. Granted, I like to shop on my own and don’t really need assistance other than getting checked out but when they are processing my purchases they are always very warm, professional and never forget to apply my extra bucks and/ or coupons. Usually there is some small talk and everything is pleasant enough.

This store is never out of the items I need, always clean, tidy and there is never a long line for check out. I really don’t agree with the negative reviews. I actually just came here from submitting online feedback for this CVS. All 10’s straight across the board from me!

Always great service at CVS Bancroft. Staff is helpful. Pharmacy staff is good. I have been staff helping so many older people. They are kind and good for the company.
