This review is based on negligence of the billing department and management to stop sending billing statements after my brother passed away in March 2023. Ironically, it was confirmed by the billing department that my brother’s appointments were fully covered by his insurance. After numerous calls and “escalations” to management I’m still receiving billing statements in October 2023 that are addressed to my brother. It’s difficult enough to endure the loss of a loved one, but now I have to keep dealing with repetitive trauma and harassment from Davita.
