Great service. I called on a Saturday afternoon looking for a Santa Cruz Heckler in XXL. They had one left, and were kind enough to stuff it in back. I arrived shortly after five, and they made time to swap some parts off my old bike onto the new one and stayed after closing to get me all set up. Jacob was great to deal with, as was the rest of the crew. Great experience.

Great service team at this location. Conor answered all my questions and walked me through several options between tubed and tubeless tires for my priority 600. I'll definitely come back in the future for my other biking needs.

I had a terrific experience with Mike's Bikes service at their W.C. location. I took advantage of their shock service special and brought in my son's bike and my spare shock. The value makes the maintenance a no brainer, especially when the work is top notch, the staff are friendly, engaging and passionate, and of course the well stocked floor with interesting brands other than the household names. It is not a guarantee these days that you can walk into a LBS and they'll have parts you need in stock, often it's an order and wait. I realize their is a cost to this but nevertheless, it's great to know they have you covered for most situations. The turn around was very quick, well below the estimate. I appreciated that they communicated the service notes which helps me track/adjust service intervals for my bikes. They check the serial numbers for each shock which helps ensure the service matches the tune from the manufacturer, (as mine was off a Transition Sentinel). On a different note, they also run a MTB team and sponsor programs for the community, and I'll happily support any business that continues to give back!

I have taken my bike there for service and each time the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Next time i'm in the market for a bike I will consider buying it this store. They also give you a discount for installing parts that you bought from them which is nice.

Michael was great in helping to inform my purchase decisions (wheels, tires, and rotor breaks). He also went above and beyond to make sure the bicycle was properly set up with the new equipment and made sure I left the store with information to address any safety concerns. Top notch service!

I cannot thank enough for their kindness and customer service! Specially Jared! My son got his first bike and he started having minor to major issues with his bike. Every time we showed up Jared was welcoming and repairs were fast and efficient. Mostly young guys work here and it makes me proud of them to see how organized and helpful they are! The customer service rocks! We are super new to mountain bikes, and recently got a new bike. Couldn't figure out how to attach the front wheel, so we took it in to the shop. The staff was AMAZING! I called in before going, and the manager (Sal, or Steve, if I remember correctly) remembered my name and got my bike checked out quickly. Your technicians and store staff at the Walnut Creek store are phenomenal! I know I'll be purchasing any bike-related products only from your stores moving forward. Thanks again!

I was helped by (I believe) a guy named Connor. Im super new to biking and he took his time explaining everything to me. He was incredibly knowledgable but able to explain it in terms that I could understand. He went above and beyond and I never felt rushed or not taken care of. I will continue to use this store instead of online or another location just due to the service I got. 10/10... no notes.

Excellent selection of bikes and very knowledgeable staff. Parking is a challenge but there is a lot next to the building.
