CVS

I had a good experience, but I needed to speak to someone about where an item was in the store, and I couldn't find anyone.

Wow! Just wow. My sister and I stopped in for a couple items and what had been a routine shopping experience was completely changed by a sweet worker named Mark at self-checkout. When my sister failed to follow basic instructions provided on the screen, Mark came over and gave her assistance with a smile. When my sister began apologizing for her incompetence, he said “no need to apologize, you are being too hard on yourself. I do this everyday, that’s why I know how to do it. You’ve got this.” When my sister finished paying, Mark congratulated her on her success and said “you did great” with absolute sincerity.

I’ll be honest, this made our day. Not only did Mark give straightforward guidance but he also gave positivity and encouragement. He reminded us that mistakes are okay, we can live unapologetically, and self love is key. We will service this CVS exclusively simply because of Mark.

Clean shop with a good variety of merchandise. Particularly the greeting card section is very good. Great selection of hair care products too. Ample parking. And you can also find here the dark German packaged bread.

I hadn't been to this CVS location in ages (the Target one is closer), but wow! Did this place get a face lift?! The beauty section is bigger and brighter, and I found it to be very well laid-out.

Additionally, they now have a full-time esthetician Tues-Sat, Jennifer Shroyer, who offered great tips and even gave me an awesome bag of Vichy and La Roche-Posay samples. I was eyeing the La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 sunscreen, and she commented that the clear skin oil-free formula is really great. I have used their Anthelios 60 in the past, but I hadn't noticed this other formula so I took a chance and grabbed one. Sure enough it absorbs really well and my skin doesn't feel tacky. Five stars for Jennifer!

I come to this Cvs at least every day that my husband is working in Walnut Creek. Andrew is the MOST AMAZING worker I've EVER met so outgoing so attentive and a Outstanding worker!!! Best Custmer service he is always here when I come working long shifts. I would love to see a person like Andrew get a promotion for his dedication on the job. Also his dedication trying to please the customers never seen such great customer service in all my years of shopping keep up the great work!!

Since the remodeling of the store the shopping experience has been enhanced.its a pleasure. Get the care pas rewards for extra savings it's worth it if you shop here often

I love this CVS because they ANSWER THE PHONE. A lot of pharmacies can’t find pharmacy techs and so nobody picks up. They are fast.
