Mike took the time to educate me on options for my cellar, pros and cons of each option, and walk me through the timeframe, process, and parties I would need to coordinate with to complete the custom cellar. Mike designed the cooling and racking configuration for me on time as promised. At no point did I feel pressured to commit or buy and it was a wonderful customer experience. 5 Star Customer Service! I called Wine Hardware in desperate search of a replacement cooling unit for my wine vault. Michael the owner helped me quickly, was completely knowledgeable on what exactly I needed, and I was able to complete the replacement order in under 15 minutes. Super friendly staff offering a wide selection of wine accessories. This shop has been here for over a decade and the man who runs the shop (I think his name is Mike?) is super knowledgeable and friendly. We got a Cork Pop here which we had difficulty finding elsewhere. Come for all your wine accessory needs!
