AC Transit

Robert provided excellent service when I was trying to get a youth clipper card for the first time. He helped me navigate the process efficiently and was kind and patient.

My visit with A.C. Transit was to add funds into my clipper card, customer service employee was very consistent with processing the transaction.

This review is for the 800 All Nighter bus. This bus runs from Richmond BART all the way down San Pablo Avenue, then into Oakland before getting on the Bay Bridge, going into San Francisco and then concluding at 24th St., BART station, from 12-6am ish…. For the few that need to travel this route in these late hours, it’s amazing that this bus exists, and that should continue to exist as such.. It gets you where you need to go, just make sure you flag it down.

I am very impressed by their quick service on bulk orders. Also, their professionalism was superb when a customer was being rowdy (banging on the window and pressing buttons left and right while yelling at them). Looking forward to doing business with AC Transit in the near future :)

My son missed his Trumpet in the AC transit bus. The staff were fast, and extremely helpful in locating the lost item. Very happy with their service.

This is a shout-out to Ray and every other driver on the 57 MacArthur. Friendly, patient, competent, calm, getting the job done with a smile. Same for the staff at 1600 Franklin. Thank you.

it was a very nice smooth ride on the 57 bus... the bus driver was friendly. and on time .as alway the 57 is a nice ride. EXcept when that boy got his hair set on fire........ that was just wrong........

honestly everybody who's complaining about the bus drivers needs to chill out. they're doing their best with a demanding job w/ annoying people who expect "tHe BeSt CuStOmEr SeRvIcE"

I love all the people at A C Transit, but I retired from the company in 2011,I miss my job 😢.
