She was fast, friendly and answered all my questions.

OK, I've seen the negative reviews and I am totally on board. B of A is not dealing with this situation reasonably and that totally sucks. Shame on you B of A. But I must admit that the Pleasant Hill branch saved my bacon today. I was first in line to be seen and they snuck me in to help with a wire transfer. I don't know whether or not I can use a name here, so I won't. But she was expedient and courteous. What happened to the other poor souls that came in later, well you can read about their experiences in the one start section. But for me, it went well. My guess is that it is not the workers' faults for the poor ratings, but the company's fault. This should have been handled much differently and not been blamed on COVID, but on brick and mortar costs instead. (You're not fooling anyone.)

Just have a very good experience in this boa branch. I come to get a new check book. After knowing that it will take two weeks to receive it and starting to worry how to pay two bills within this week, the staff that is helping me suggested to use the cashier checks and I got it after 5 minutes, with the fees waived. During waiting, another staff also come to me and asked if I need any help.
