On line ordering and pick up works really well at Rite Aid, unlike some other retail stores. Great parking and associates

We went there to buy some gift cards for Moon Festival. We no longer give mooncakes. They had a good selection and also picked up some cute greeting cards to send them. The cashier took the extra time to make sure everything is right with our purchase. BTW we noticed that garden things, including some nice flower pots, are now 75% off. I also should mention that there was no waiting in line, unlike lots of stores now days.

Today (Wednesday october 5, 2022) at 10:00am i went to Rite Aide for the updated omicron booster. Check in process was fine. You take in your vaccine card to give to the pharmacist. If you have insurance yoi just show it. They do know scan the insurance cards. waiting time was on time. I get called in for the shot. The pharmacist is very nice her name is Trai she vietnamese. We got to talk a little. She asked me if i had been to vietnam? I said not yet. She sait vietnam just reopened. After the shot, i was ask to wait in the waiting area for 15 minutes. After minutes, Trai came to check on me to see if i am ok. she said you may go. very good place to got thevaccination i highly recommended .

The rite aide appointment set up was easy. Do not worry to put your insurance info on the appointment web site. Just present your insurance in person because it alot of work to fill out and scan the card.

The restroom is super clean! it located on your left hand side as soon as you enter the store.

I bought few items at the RA. I used the self checkout was very easy.

Over All the store is is nice right in the downtown PH.

I was here about 8 years ago and never wanted to go back. It was dirty, dark, had mostly empty shelves, and employees were not helpful. My daughter-in-law has been going there for prescriptions, and I'm so impressed with the place now. It's well-lit, clean, well-stocked, and the staff is very friendly. I must go at very odd times, for I've never had to wait in a line. I'm surprised there are not more people there - unless people are not going there because they had the same sort of experience as me years ago. I'm getting my prescriptions here now as well.

I have been going to Rite Aid for months now. I find it very inviting when you first walk through the door and each worker there is saying hello, and just showing you love for being there.💪I have found everything I have needed and then some, from groceries to covid protection...masks, gloves, hand sanitizer...and now I simply love Rite Aid pharmacy...outstanding...5 star.💪If you need it, go and get it. Rite Aid. Simply. Thank you.💖💕

This Rite Aid remodeled in 2016. There used to be a family of cats outside that the staff would feed. The cats were so cute. Whenever they were hungry, they'd wait by the front of the store and meow at everyone. When they were not hungry, they would just hide in the garden center. The staff even named them. But the city made Rite Aid get rid of them. Now, the ice cream is the only reason I come here.

Pharmacy staff great. Store clerks were ok could be more service oriented.
