I had couple of Amazon returns on the second floor, it’s so convenient and easy. Kohl's does give you a 25% coupon on an instore purchase after your Amazon return that is good for a week.
They have really nice assortment of an adult and children clothing, shoes as well as household decor. Great prices. Smart business.

Got Great deals.! $160.00 light weight woman 's jacket for $17.00 (Columbia) and an Izod dress shirt for $13.27. And another izod short sleeve shirt for $12.53 (Izod) .Nice!

The store is well lit, clean and well organized. Check out is fast and the cashier is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I love the bonus: Kohls cash for my birthday. Though there was a long line at check out, the cashier took time to check a pair of shoes on sale that I purchased to ensure the pair got the same size which I really appreciated. Imagine getting home and found the shoes got size 6 on the left and 7 on the right.

It is a well laid out store. It is easy to find products that you are looking for. Sales staff are very helpful.

This is a nice store, I always find very nice sales, and the clothes are beautiful and good quality. In the bed department you can find many beauties, I love shopping here.

Love the selection they have at the Pleasant Hill Kohls. This is one of the better ones that I have visited, friendly staff and fast service.

The check out clerk was super super nice and sweet and the young man working in the men’s department. Everyone was very nice . The store was very clean and organized

Even though it was during a super busy time of year with the best sales of the year going on they were not that busy as far as lines didn't take all day to get through and we were helped quickly. Not that the store was empty but that the staff was very helpful and there were plenty of customer service agents who were there to help us out all the registers were open and taking people the lines were moving so fast that the sales people had time to actually help the customers and breath!!! So your anxiety wasn't sky high when walking through the doors!! It's a very nice kohl's unlike some of the others I've been to where the clothing is thrown about this one has there time management in check it seems.

Year end clearance sale in progress with 50% off a large selection of merchandise. Always good to pick up basics, socks, casual shirts, underwear during these sales especially if you have Kohl's cash to spend.

I was shopping for items that I will need for my upcoming vacation. I found everything that I needed. The prices were great! My cashier was amazing! She, ( my cashier) helped me thru the process of getting a Kohl's charge card. Because of that, I received a 35 percent off of my purchase. I was really happy with my Kohl's shopping experience.

Lots of good options here for clothes, shoes, household decor. My daughters fav part is that Sephora is inside of Kohl's lol we will be back!
