Danielle is a very personable employee. She is always willing to help you find whatever you need. In March 2023 she gave us a box of school supplies for the Pleasant Hill School District. I rate Danielle as a "10".

Today (Wednesday, October 5, 2022. I stopped by at the staples to checkoit the monitors but they did not have the touch screen Monitor screen i wanted. Customers Services are outstanding. They will ask u if you needed anything? Very nice store even though there not a lit of selections on items. Staples is a good store to drop off any recycled computers especially any used ink carthridge. i highly recommended this Staples store.

Great place for your business supplies. Neil offered to assist me the minute I set foot in the store.. I accidentally bought the wrong printer. Neil advised me I was past the 14 day return policy but agreed to return the printer. Then he assisted me to find a printer to suit my requirements. He was very knowledgeable courteous and respectful

I went in to get a cord for an old computer hoping I cold use it to run SPSS. I cant remember his name, but the first young man that helped me mentioned that it might not be a good idea to use an older computer because it wouldn't run the software correctly.

He walked me over to the laptops and then was called away. Roy took over answering my questions. The level of service I received was top notch. I'm a single mom and back in school at age 51. I'm on a budget, but I was treated like I was going to purchase a high end product.

They didn't have the laptop I could afford in store, so that manager, Rene, called another store. He even offered to send someone to pick it up for me.

Clean. Organized. Easy to find things if it is something they normally stock. Well lit.
Assistants are very helpful and it's usually not hard to find someone to help me.
They will do a Staples Online Order with NO S/H fee charge if they don't have the item I want currently on a shelf in their store.
They will honor their Staples Online Price if it is lower than the Posted Price of the item in their store.
As a Rewards member there's other discounts and coupons.
They'll also usually price match if they can verify the competitor price, coupon, sale, etc.
I always check Staples first.

Needed some postcards printed in a hurry for a new listing I have and the Print Shop came through! I used one of their templates online, entered my info, pictures and listing content, sent it over at 10pm on Friday night and at 9am Saturday morning I had 400 glossy postcards ready. PLUS, I was able to buy the stamps at the same time! I will use them again!

I am giving thumbs up to Aaron Urton, the Tech computer service specialist. Not only he is very knowledgeable and suggests how to fix the computer malfunctioning, explains into details, but also he is very friendly and costumer oriented. It was a real pleasure to interact with him, he is funny and always concerned about the customer full satisfaction. Thank you Aaron!

My fiancé and I were in a rush for last-minute Wedding stationary items ie. Wedding Menu, Program, Rehearsal Dinner invitation, etc. when we came in to the Staples in Pleasant Hill, CA and Diego was OUR MAN! We've come to this location several times and are always met with lukewarm customer service. Diego was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and most of all, helpful. Within one day, we had exactly what we needed. Even with a minor hiccup on our part, Diego quickly fixed the detail and we were on our way. Diego is an asset not only to Staples but any company he works for in the future.

A really great store the screw and the manager help me pick a printer today I was very impressed with their diligence they walk me through the differences and recommended which one they thought would work best for our needs I really appreciate them both the lady on the floor and the manager were extremely helpful
