Wonderful and outstanding service! If you can, ask for Ian. He's a great help and a funny guy to talk to overall. Went in to ship some jars of pickles and was assisted every step of the way. Was treated like family and hope to have dinner with him soon! :)

Ask for Ritu at this store. She helped me in with a difficult shipping issue and was able to pick up my heavy cedar chest from my home and ship out of state, the very same day!

I checked with other shipping companies, but no one was willing to take on a precious task that Ritu completed.

She was efficient, kind, and professional. She is the Best!

This UPS store has helped with all kinds of printing, shipping, and notary needs. They are consistent and overall, have been a great help to me these last three years.

Had an outstanding experience at the Pleasant Hill, CA UPS Store today. I was preparing a vintage 1984 MacIntosh computer for shipping/sale on eBay. Store staffer Ritu went above and beyond in helping me.
She offered helpful suggestions and options, and asked questions to help me get what I wanted. Excellent job packing my valuable vintage computer. Ritu even helped me (twice!) getting the very large, 36lb box into my car.

Very, very pleased with the service and staff. Besides the usual extra shipping the holiday season demands of most of us, my granddaughter's birthday is 2 weeks before Christmas. This Dec. I stopped in twice to have packages shipped and was out the door both times within 5 minutes. Friendly, professional and efficient. Just like the post office, right? Ha. An additional plus is a discount for AAA or AARP members. As long as I'm living in the area, this will be my go-to place for my shipping needs.

Thank you Gaylen for being extra helpful today. You went above and beyond . when my printout label was too light to scan you took your time patiently and with a smile to type everything in and totally put me at ease that there won’t be any problems with my returns. Thank you again

I went in a few weeks ago for a notary service I had just missed. I also needed one thing printed. I was assisted by Destiny. She was very polite and didn't make me feel like a loser for only purchasing an 11 cent copy. Well done!

This review is based on my experience with the packing service received at this specific UPS Store located in downtown Pleasant Hill, CA.

Thank you Ritu and UPS. It was an amazing experience handing over a precious item to someone I didn’t know and receiving it back in the same condition without damage 2 states away and 4 days later.

I’m really grateful for Ritu and her team at this UPS Store for their excellent job packing a 3-feet-tall step ladder for shipping from CA to Tucson, Arizona.

I designed and hand-painted this step ladder as a gift for my baby nephew who lives in Tucson, Arizona. Therefore, this was a special item that really needed special care and attention with packing in order for it to survive the shipping process. Fortunately, special care and attention was what it received from Ritu and her team: they wrapped the step ladder well with bubble wraps, filled the empty space with air pillows, protected the sides with styrofoam boards, double-walled the shipping box, and finally put together boxes of different sizes to make up the final package.

In addition to their excellent packing job, Ritu was very diligent in updating me on the progress of their service: I handed them the step ladder in the morning on the day before my flight to my nephew in Arizona; in that afternoon, Ritu called me and we agreed on the plan on packing & shipping; the next morning = the morning of my flight, Ritu picked up the boxes needed that are of a certain size that her store didn’t carry; they packed the ladder while I was on my way to OAK airport; just before I boarded the plane in the evening, she texted me with the images of the packing, receipt, and the tracking information for the package - and just like that, my gift was on the way to Tucson, Arizona!

Finally, on the 2nd day of my landing in Arizona, the package arrived at my baby nephew’s and I was able to see the result of Ritu and her team’s work myself on the other end: we unpacked the 3-plus-feet-tall box and found the step ladder packed very well. The step ladder survived the trip in excellent condition and arrived in excellent time.

So now my baby nephew is able to safely stay by his mother’s side and watch her while she cooks in the kitchen. Thank you Ritu and UPS. It was an amazing experience handing over a precious item to someone I didn’t know and receiving it back in the same condition without damage 2 states away and 4 days later.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile. They run their business with honesty and integrity. Their reputation is why I always come back. Business the way it was meant to be!

Ron is all about customer service. The greatest!
He suggested changing the format of our newsletter to be printed in booklet format and made the appropriate adjustments to print on 11"x17" paper. What a huge improvement!
