He went to bat for me and requested everything needed to process getting a replacement to me which is on its way now. His communication and diligence with my issue was top notch. Thanks again Steve & the C6 team!

Ordered some fog light screens. Communication started great. Once arrived, I questioned if I purchased the right product before opening and installing. I was assured they would work and I proceeded to install. Sent these pictures back to Steve and have yet to hear back. Not to mention this same exact product can be purchased elsewhere for 1/3rd the price. I feel the description is misleading.

do not order from these people I order a e-break boot for my c6 corvette and custom shift knob which I sent them my knob as a core on 11/17/2023 never received my order after call them many times with no answer email them four time with no respond and they kept my knob so I got to find a new shift knob auto 2011 corvette. had to go though pay pal to get my money back

Don't shop here fellow Vette owners. These guys lied giving false part #'s while increasing the pricing on the actual part #'s.
And when confronted, they could care less!!
I have a chain of emails proving so!!

Purchased an emblem service with out noticing they required a core when I asked to cancel the order they said they would provide it. After over a week of emails not being answered Steve sent an email only after PayPal had to get involved just to let me know he was banning me from the store. Incredibly bad quality customer service

This company is a scam and a joke and I would not order anything off there website, they have a auto generated shipping price which is NOT the final shipping price, which they change after you press order and charge you way more than it originally said, for a company that takes their business “seriously” they sure are a joke 👎

Ordered a stock bumper emblem on 12/14/22, had not received my order by 2/22/23, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. After I filed the dispute they shipped the part on 2/28/23, and I received it on 3/2/23. I took two and a half months to receive my part and only after filing a PayPal dispute. They did not respond to email I sent prior to filing the dispute. Wish I would have read reviews before buying from them and would never do business with them again.

As most of the other reviews indicate, there are much better places to spend your money.
I got impatient because my stuff was not arriving as indicated during the purchase experience. Finally I indicated that S had much better things to deal with than me constantly asking about my stuff and just issue a refund, which he did but, now I can’t get thru to the sales desk and they won’t return my calls. Oh well, I had no problem placing a sizeable order elsewhere.

I will make sure to share my experience with the Corvette community.

Folks do your due diligence when ordering from this useless business. I am almost a month in on an order with several hundred dollars gone and nothing to show for it. Zero communication. Now I am stuck with the incredibly lengthy process of disputing this through PayPal. This is 100% a shame on me scenario. All the information about this place is out there. Just needed a simple quick search to verify how terrible this place is.

I ordered a varimax pump, paid for 2 day shipping and it took 2 weeks to ship. I contacted the company several times and they refuse to answer there phone or return my messages. Buyer beware!! I won’t order anything from C6 Performance ever again. Good job guys, you got me on a small sale!

Don’t do business with these guys. They’re so quick to help you buy a car part and gain your trust. I purchased a car part that was eligible for a core exchange refund... I sent my part to them, but they claimed I sent it to the wrong address (I sent it to the one on the shipping label). After months of emailing and calling with no resolution, I give up. Beware, don’t go to these crooks!

That guy Steve is a joke!! He's quick to tell you that you have insufficient funds but as soon as you ask for a refund he goes M.I.A. I went to the so called "in shopping store" as Google claims which ended up being their call center along with about 100 other companies. What I ended up doing was contacting Karen @ Tracy Lewis Performance where my actual part came from an she was able to get my refund. I paid $177.00 for this item and sending it back was another $15. My refund ended up being only $133 at this point im happy to get anything. People if you want to get a part that C6 Performance has on their catalog best thing to do is cut Steve the middle man out and go directly to Tracy Lewis Performance out of Florida to get the same part at a cheaper price.

Ordered an exhaust system from them July 25 to have it shipped to imperial beach CA, which is where I am staying at the moment, Aug 30th I got a call from my mother saying a big box showed up to her house 🏡. Texas. So I called and asked why they shipped my exhaust to Texas and not California the guy tried to tell me that they only ship to the billing address, I asked what am suppose to do with an exhaust in Texas when I am in California and he laughed and said it’s not my problem and that I should change my billing address and then I told him that i was military and that it’s my home of record and I have all my important mail sent to my moms house and responded it’s not my problem have your mom mail it you and laughed and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and was told he was not their, I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t their either, but was given Steve’s email address that was it. I emailed Steve and have yet to hear back from him. So now I am pretty much out a $2400 exhaust

I bought an intake online from them. It showed up damaged and not as pictured. I called and Spoke with Steve the sales manager. He told me it was not damaged and that they must have had a typo in the description. I ended up getting hung up on after I asked to speak to his boss. I emailed him and sent him pictures of the damaged intake and inaccurate website description. He again argued that I got what I paid for and no return would be honored. I had to get my bank to reverse the $500 charge. Look them up on Yelp and the BBB. Don't spent your hard earned money here!

**Buyer beware**. The "company" answered once, and made it seem like I was buying from a legit business. When time passed and I tried to get an update, I couldn't get a hold of the guy, only his answering service. The good price is what got me, I should've done a google search of the reviews.

Don’t bother. They only shipped one of the two fender badges I had ordered and that was 6 months ago. Now I’m unable to get in contact with them so I’ll just eat the $170 loss and never do business here again and hope that nobody else does either. Hopefully Karma takes care of them.

Absolutely do not order anything from these people I ordered a shift knob adapter and I was charged for the part but never received a confirmation email or any kind of tracking the part never arrived and when I try to call all I get is a 3rd party answering service who claim they have no way of contacting c6 performance so I left multiple messages with them and never received a call back for any of them and sent multiple emails that I never got responses for I lost around $50 this “company” is nothing more than a scam
