The staff here are so patient and helpful. I came here to look at strollers and baby gear when I was pregnant and the sales associate was incredibly patient as my husband and I tried to familiarize ourselves with their selection. She demoed a lot of gear and had an impressive wealth of insight on strollers. They didn’t have the color way we wanted so we ultimately ordered online.

I went to buy a formal dress last week and honestly, it was a great experience ever. The sales representative that was there helped me so much. She suggested me a dress after seeing me not finding one.
Unfortunately, I forgot her name and learned that she got transferred to another store…. In addition, I received an excellent alteration services.
I would definitely will return to this store and recommend it to my friends.

You can always expect good customer service. Decent selection of suits, more fashion oriented than business, but overall very good.

I visited the Nordstrom at Walnut Creek and Irene R from the lingerie department provided the best care for me. She was so thoughtful and tried her best to mind the items I was looking for. Very happy with my experience:)

Nordstrom is famous for their customer service and customer experience both in-store and online.

Now with COVID-19, shopping in-store is reassuring. You have the option to shop online and choose curbside pickup in the indoor garage. You just call and a sales associate will come to your car and load your purchases in your trunk if you do not want to go into the store to pickup.

The dressing rooms are clean and with each use the dressing room is sanitized for the next customer. Tried-on clothes or returned merchandise is put on hold and not returned to the sales floor immediately.

There is signage everywhere to keep 6 ft away from each other. You and their staff have to wear masks inside the store. At the entrances, Nordstrom offers free masks and hand sanitizer for their customers.

The floor aisles are wide for wheelchair, walkers, and strollers.

Biggest Nordstrom I ever been to. All of the staff greeted me in each department and one of them helped me the a perfume set I bought as a Christmas gift. I will definitely be back.

He literally made phone call after phone call after phone call… it took hours of phone calls to make sure my card was working properly and I know that he did this because I have been shopping in the shoe department there for many years for decades, and most people know me.
When I first came in early that morning, there was a lady who helped me, She found me three pairs of shoes after she saw there was a problem with my card she went on the other way. & started helping other customers
Mind you I wanted to purchase some of the same shoes 3 days ago & left because my card was not working. Aaron was helping me with that purchase as well. He felt really bad. I saw the look on his face because he knew I was upset when I left …something was wrong with my card and I didn’t know what it was I pay my bill every month on time.
I ended up leaving going to get coffee at the e-bar came back and she saw me and claimed me as a customer not willing to do the work to call to make sure my card was working . She only wanted the commission, and she let Aaron know that she was waiting on me first she even put all my shoes back, but still wanted to commission.🫨
Aaron took the time to make sure I got the Nordstrom’s experience putting me first above his commission.it took hours one of the lead card service manager left word in the office to unblock my card. Her name is Jennifer. So many mistakes were made but they could not find Jennifer in the office. Maybe she went home for the day.
It’s a bad feeling when a person wants to claim you as a customer, but not willing to do the work to make sure you were taking care of as a consumer and Aaron made that happen for me .. I feel bad that he had to be on the phone for that long but he did not give up until he made sure that I had the shoes that I wanted to purchase!
I’m praying he got all the commission for that sell that day. It is only fair.
Let me say that- Aaron I will continue to shop at NORDSTROM because of what you did because I was going to give up and never come back to the store ever again!!
I promise you!!!

He represented Customer Service to its fullest potential. Some of you need to take notes from Aaron -It’s not about you getting the commission….
. It’s about the experience for your consumer.

Keep representing Aaron you need to be in management. They need people like you that care. It’s always about money for most people.

Adriana in the lingerie department is amazing she provide stellar customer service. She assisted my mother with a very intimate situation. She was warm and friendly. Adriana was professional and very knowledgeable. My mom was initially intimidated with a big commercial store but after a roller-coaster ride with a small durable medical equipment store, She left feeling confident and smiling. My mom was able to leave with all of her garments and everything was handled with her insurance before we arrived. Nordstrom, in a time when customer service is on the decline just know that Adriana provides 5 star customer service and makes customers feel great. She truly loves what she's doing and it shows. My mom hadn't been "happy" in a long time since her treatment began, that day she said, "I am feeling happy and I haven't in a while.

Nordstrom's is a great shopping experience. the store is well stocked, appropriately staffed with people who are good at their job. I had forgotten what a pleasure shopping could be

I was looking for a fragrance I use to have. Long story short Madina at the Le Labo counter went above and beyond and I was able to get what I needed quickly and with great customer service.

I have bought several outerwear items and they all fit fine and I love to get them in a larger size so I can layer upon layer under my coats.

Up to anybody's standards. Safe neighborhood, Hudgens shopping center all around, free 3 hour parking.

They have alot of make up and they have alot of guys stuff as well. Is very clean and fancy as well.
Even the bathroom where fancy and clean .

I like the people work there,so kind and helpful,the store is well organized and clean ,there is Starbucks in store ,I love the shoes there .

Best experience I have ever had. Purchased one sweater a year ago and had problem with it I brought it to customer service but didn't have a receipt nevertheless they searched it thru the system for the price and they refund my money.
