So grateful to Scriptworks for striving to create medications that are acceptable to our pets. I am a veterinarian and cat owner with a very finicky cat. Scriptworks developed a palatable formula for my cat's medication that she takes mixed into her food. Other formulations I have tried have been bitter and distasteful. This has absolutely changed both our lives, as I do not have to chase her down twice a day and she is starting to trust me again!

My sweet cat had to have emergency surgery on June 29th. Meds prescribed were common but in liquid form and the vets price was very expensive.

I went to CVS to get them filled with my discount card for 1/10th the cost and am so grateful the pharmacist there let me know the mainstream formulas contain the human sweetener Xylitol, which is toxic to cats and dogs. It could have killed him in his fragile state.

My hunt for a compounding pharmacy the day before everyone closed for the Holiday was a challenge. It was 3 pm, most places were already closed and the online vendors were too, their prices were discouraging, and it would have taken 5-7 days to receive what we needed asap.

I was beginning to think I’d have to re-mortgage the house to pay what the vet was charging for these 2 common meds minus the xylitol until I called Scriptworks. They asked if Mr Kitty preferred chicken or salmon flavor and 2 hours later I picked up the specially formulated (safe) prescriptions and was back home giving the first dose.

The people at Scriptworks were incredibly professional, conscientious, caring, knowledgeable, and kind.

100 years ago, every pharmacy did compounding tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and with all the concern about side effects and addiction issues with mainstream meds we need more of this.

They’re truly a unique and necessary service and asset to the community we are grateful for and recommend without hesitation for your human and pets medicinal needs.

First time customer at Scriptworks...great experience from start to finish. Friendly, helpful folks.
I spoke with Bob about a new medication. He is a great educator! Truly. Seems like a good, solid compounding company that I will likely use when needed.
Thank you all 😊

Amazing compounding Pharmacy, very patient centered and professional. My previous Dr. who is now retired introduced me to this rare little gem of a Pharmacy and they have not once let me down. They do human prescriptions and they do veterinary prescriptions, my dog had CKD and they had many different flavors to help add to his medications and were EXTREMELY helpful.

Even now after having not been a customer for quite some time they’re still extremely helpful. The Pharmacist, Pharmacy Tech, couriers (they deliver right to your door) provide warm and exceptionally caring high quality service. These are exceptional health care professionals, if they weren’t exclusively a compounding pharmacy, I would use them for all my prescription needs. Trust is important to me and they care and have never let me down, thank you Scriptworks! A+++++

Absolutely a lifesaver! Such a pleasant surprise in cooperation, customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. Amazing, during this season of fear and "misinformation", that this pharmacy enthusiastically assists people by providing the precise nutritional supplements and care that they need. I highly commend their staff.

I’m really impressed with Script works. There are people like myself that can’t use generic drugs. The fillers are just toxic,
Script Works makes clean products, no toxic fillers, thank you Scripts Works.

I just read the 2 star review claiming that they used uncredentialed suppliers. This information is extremely disappointing and troublesome. That aside, my experience with them has been positive. In some instances, their charge for meds is less than that of the original manufacturing pharmacy.

Very professional! And you can see their absolutely gorgeous compounding lab through a large window. They do appear to sell some science fiction based therapies though. We can't all be perfect.

We have a very sick pet with a urinary infection & blockage. This is a painful and potentially fatal issue. Our veterinarian placed an order with Scriptworks last Thursday 2/10.

The following afternoon I received a call from Scriptworks. Instead of informing me the order was ready to pick up, they asked for a credit card before they would begin to fill the order. I gave it to them asking when I could pick it up, emphasizing our urgent need for the sake of our pet's well being. It was late Friday afternoon when they called and they said they'd call me as soon as it was ready. My credit card company informed me of the charge Friday afternoon. It has been a full week & they hadn't called, so I called. They said it should be ready tomorrow.

When I picked it up, I asked Barb why it took so long. She went into excuse mode saying with the "holiday" it's been busy. I asked what holiday? President's day NEXT Monday. I reminded her the order was placed LAST Thursday (11 days ahead of the "holiday")

Barb said, hmm let me see & fumbled with some paperwork. She then said, "oh I see, we were waiting for authorization from my vet and didn't receive it until Tuesday". I reminded her the vet called in the prescription last Thursday & why would they need to authorize it again after calling it in. She said, it was my vet who delayed the order. I assured her I'd let the vet know her feedback. Barb snapped, "OK fine, You have a real nice day"

I called the vet who said that the prescription WAS authorized, last Thursday 2/10. I received a call from Bob who introduced himself as the owner. He was very nice and seemed to care. He too went into excuse mode instead saying it was a staffing issue at Scriptworks. I let him know my displeasure with his staff and how they defaulted to blaming our vet.

Full disclosure, Bob insisted on refunding the cost of the meds for our inconvenience. I have the sense he will use this as a learning opportunity and coach his staff accordingly.

When I first placed a new prescription order here I was called back the same day but when I requested a refill I did not hear back so I called to check. The woman on the phone gave me quite a patronizing lecture about how none of the customers can be bothered to read the prescription bag where it apparently says that refills take three days (or longer). Why would anyone read the fine print on a prescription they're already familiar with? The business should inform people about this in person when you arrive as a first time customer, of course we expect fast service when that's what we got the first time around. The Google maps pin is also dropped in completely the wrong place but they didn't seem concerned so I corrected it myself.

I wish I had received the same level of customer service as the previous reviews, but I did not. My prescription was ready yesterday afternoon, but too late in the day for me to pick it up before they closed. So, I arrived to get it at 09:03 this morning and saw an employee opening the door. As I was parked right in front of her, she also saw me. After she went back inside I called, expecting her to answer the phone. It rolled to voicemail. I called again, this time I left a voicemail. I waited and waited, while watching several other employees walk past me to go inside. I tried sending a text, but got an auto reply to call. I called again and left another voicemail letting them know that I needed to get back to work. In the meanwhile I can see the employees inside talking to each other. I called again and finally got through and was told that they needed to get my prescription ready. So I waited and a woman finally brought it out and dropped it in the box. No smile, no thank you, no apology for the wait, no respect for me or my time at all. This was an extremely frustrating experience and has left me with a bad first impression.
