The lady that works here Sharron I just had to put another review down for her because she is so helpful she is so nice she makes sure the property is clean as can be she does her rounds I see her all the time helping other customers out or doing her rounds sweeping the property up you know making sure all the locks are on the storage units make sure everything's right she does all the paperwork correctly she's got me through fast service helpful service she's the best that I've dealt with out of any storage unit I've had and let me tell you I've had a lot of them Sharron you're the best I just wanted to say thanks again and I'm going to tell everyone I know about you and this public storage and that they should rent here. Also i recall one time when I was late getting out of here she was super kind and honest and let me know that she was going to have to know this down but it wasn't that big of a deal and there wasn't going to be a problem about it but if it happened a couple more times should have to notify some higher ups and I understand and I'm sorry about that but she was super cool and understanding and she's also the one that reminded me hey it's past 6:00 you might want to get out of here. My opinion she should have a raise hell that's not good enough she should have a promotion. Thank you again Sharron you're the best

Had a wonderful time dealing with Sharron today. She keeps the place nice and clean, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Her professionalism was the best I’ve seen in so long! Highly recommend if you going asking for her to help you with whatever you need.

Absolutely perfect experience. Evin and Ashley M. Helped me lock in a great deal and were very patient with my questions and knowledgeable with whole process. I did NOT feel like I had a half time employee helping me. I felt confident when leaving. Highly recommend this establishment.

Sharron was a great receptionist. She was really nice and welcoming, and her great personality was so admirable. She helped me solve the issues with the storage and even made notes so other staff can see it if she is not around.

So it started out with a problem with my current unit, but its okay, as we are all adults i got things figured out....but Sharon in the office is absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond to insure I was taken care of. I thank her for being Awesome and having great customer service skills as well as a great personality. Great Team member.

Sharron and Evin were great in Move in process. Clean property, Friendly Service. Staff was just wonderful. Great place to store your items.

Miss Sharon on A street south on March 17th did an excellent job helping me get In-N-Out of my storage and download the app. I am not computer savvy, but she walked me through the process. I really, really, really appreciate her.

I've been using this place since they were built great customer service and clean facility ! Manager is sweet and very helpful goes above and beyond customer service to help! The only thing I don't like is they are open till 6 m-f and 5 on weekends!

Ashlee Marie was great! Even though her computer was giving her trouble, she kept a cool composure and was very kind and friendly. We bought an auctioned unit and she was cool as we got it cleared out.
