Parkland Ace Hardware

Jay and Dennis are awesome! I went to Harbor Frieght to buy a hole-saw but the kit came factory with the wrong chuck peieces to fit my dewalt drill. I was worried about taking my dewalt drill I had just purchased from Milton Ace on Sunday in the store. I didn't want anyone to think I had stollen it, as crime for these tools is insane around this town. But Jay assured me I could bring it in to make sure the chuck would fit. Dennis was able to find me a hole-saw that not only worked with my drill, it did a great job at the task. Twice now Ace has left me with great customer service on a great product. Thank you Jay and Dennis! Coming to Ace saves me time and headache.

Went to the UPS Store inside Ace Hardware. Never met such courteous and helpful people in my life. I had two Amazon returns with problems and they were so patient with me!

I had a very pleasant experience here before the store even opened this morning! I got here a little early and was waiting outside the doors. Two employees came over and let me get the one item I needed to finish my project that I need done by 8am. They were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thank you Parkland Ace!

I always find what I'm looking for here and the employees are very helpful. I personally really love the outdoor plant sale they have every year. They have a really great selection of flowers, ground covers, small trees, native species, etc.

I also like the selection of hardware, fasteners, o-rings, etc that they stock here regularly. My husband is quite the tinker so he's here frequently. He always finds what he needs to fix whatever he's working on though and their prices seem reasonable on these things.

Finally, I love the rewards program here. We always get coupons in the mail and rewards dollars to spend on anything. Honestly, I love my local Ace Hardware Store!

Called in advance if part I needed was in stock and person on phone confirmed (only one left) and would hold it for me at the front desk under my name. Upon arriving, I was greeted by two people and was able to pay for my part (that was out of stock at Home Depot and Lowe's). Great customer service. Would return even though location not local to me because of good amount of inventory and quality customer service.

I love this ace hardware. It is the closest one to my house and I come here occasionally for household supplies and to use the convenient UPS location in store. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. You get the feeling of shopping with a small business when you visit this Ace hardware location.

Just had a great experience here. I didnt expect them to exchange the furnance filters I bought a bit ago, but they did. I thought I was going to spend more money on the correct size. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Came in with my little daughter to grab a few electrical things I needed and asked the manager for some help with some wire. The request was abnormal but he assisted the whole time and was very professional and considerate. He had Eric help us as well wind up some wire and they even zip tied it for me. Extremely helpful and deserve a thumbs up. Spanaway Ace is my go to now.

I love this place they might not have the cheapest prices but it's quick you can everything you need in less time as it would take you to walk the front door of home Depot 😁 and they have UPS there and they take regular mail also. Should take a look I'm still finding new things. Plus they're all very nice people and not afraid to help. Judy

Not just my neighborhood location, but a crew of problem solvers. Went to drop off a return package to the UPS store. I've been here a dozen plus times and it's been great, today ACE wasn't the primary visit but they came through in the clutch helping out the UPS team and fixing an interesting issue. 10/10 recommend.

Great stock and a massive fastener department!

Good customer service. Someone immediately helped us as soon as we walked in. Store is fairly clean and organized. Plenty of parking available. Good selection of products. Cashier also priced matched the ACE website.

Great customer service. Inventory of actual hardware like nuts, bolts, cotter keys, pins, washers etc. Always someone there at the front counter asking what we're looking for, and they know the store quite well. Pricing is good, their rewards program actual does pay off, I get frequent coupons for $5 or more.
Hours of operation are great, 7 days a week!

This is the closest hardware store to me, and I love it! Location is great to make a no fuss run to the store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve come here a bunch of times in a pinch and this location always comes through!

I always go here over Home Depot or Lowe's. The employees are knowledgable and friendly. The tall gentleman with the faceshield has helped me a great deal a few times and the assistant manager gave me great advice for my project.

They have a UPS in this store. I arrived and the lady at the counter was very nice. I had issues printing my return lable at home, as well as a couple other customers. She was the only one working at the time and had difficulties getting the lables for a customer and it made her line go from 4 to about 15. She was extremely patient and did not get flustered at the situation. We need more helpful agents like Wagner.

Tony gave me a great deal on a new lawn mower. Was in and out really fast. The cashier was cordial and kind. Clean store. Everything you need to get a nice yard. New store, good prices.

Went in to buy some plants and concrete scalloped bricks, the guys were super friendly, advised me on how to transplant and answered questions on different plants. Ask for Michael, super nice gent and knows his plants. Military Discounts offered and took time for me.

I love coming here. They have everything I need and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love that the parking lot is nice and big.
