Very friendly staff!

I shop here frequently and have found the staff friendly, helpful, and the prices are not too bad. The number 1 bus is located across Pacific Ave. South. Next to the overly expensive Frugals.

I frequently go here for gas or snacks. Everything is clean up in the front area. Only problem is the bathroom is hit or miss

I like this store and selection of items but the area is horrible and always surrounded by homeless harass customers and they stand by the front door and stinky cigarette smoke.

Surrounded by creepy meth zombies but nice staff.

Requested an item from employee through window but responded by pointing to a 'we're closed' sign. Asked about time of reopening but same non-verbal response of pointing to the 'closed' sign.
Next person in line approaches and promptly and successfully retrieves his items.
Couldn't help but catch the result of the final gentleman in line whom was denied in the same fashion that I was.
No noticeable bad manners or treatment by any of the 3 customers including myself. Seemingly very basic requests and possibly a quick question if the request was met without response but just pointing to the sign yet again.

Not at all what I expected to see and regardless of the situation I really just wanted to be in and out and on my way like everyone else.

When I witness another person first hand going through a difficult situation already who was quite simply just trying to pay the cash needed to pump gas into his empty tank without any behavior that would warrant the unnecessary response of the employee, I just felt inclined.

Not cool buddy. Not cool. If you happen to by the slightest chance see this, Jackson's employee working this early AM hours just before 4:00 AM on this day, if you cant be kind to everyone please find it in your heart to simply allow the paying customers (who have problems just as you and everyone else does) to pay for whatever and be on their way. No one is trying to be disrespectful to you and you don't need to be over the top nice just simple basic respect will do.

Really really gross untoward girl works there blonde hair really short just absolutely disgusting I will never go to a Jackson's again if they hire people like that they're not brushed makeup not done just really untidy like she hasn't showered in a week I will never buy food there ever again I cannot believe it

Be Careful here, The pumps don't seem to take a shell card. 3 different pumps 3rd one worked. Also some of the pumps are compromised, Looks to me someone has attached illegal card readers. As some of the seals are broken on the card readers.

I bought a rib sandwich from the hot food. This thing was a rock. Almost broke my tooth. Went to the door and informed them the pork sandwiches were rocks. Manager seemed to thinkni yelled while thowing it inbthe garbage. Im one of those ppl that just naturally has a loud voice. However lecturing me about it was very poor decision. She offered me another which i didnt want due to the first one being so bad. Again she lectures me about it being fresh. Maybe you should teach managment how to talk to ppl. Wont buy anything there again due to her attitude
