The UPS Store

Great & helpful people make standing in line (almost) pleasant 😊 Even though small, really small, the folks behind the counter make one feel there isn't much they can't handle! 👍even during the holidays I was impressed by their smiles & positive attitude & worked soooo hard to help customers send their packages as fast as humanly possible.

Was here on a busy Friday and was delighted to see the level of customer service Amber was able to achieve while Tony was helping a customer with all the steps to use the amazon return process. It was nice to see! Will use this location again.

Amber is AMAZING, she is so friendly and positive— just a breath of fresh air. Went above and beyond — She’s what customer service is all about, her and Tony (Troy?) were just so pleasant! 10/10

This is my favorite location to send envelopes and packages. Amber is the most helpful person I have ever seen. She is a real treasure and customers love her.

I've never had any issues shipping or receiving packages or mail with UPS. Maybe they should give the postal service some classes.

Nice people. Typically quick, but once in a while the lines can be long. I believe the longest I’ve ever waited was 13-15 minutes. It’s so convenient to be able to drop off my packages then, wander around Ace hardware.

This place has replaced the Post Office for me! I have one of their personal mailboxes, & LOVE it!

Although I think it's a little more costly than the USPS mailboxes, it's more convenient for me. Additionally, Amazon doesn't deliver to USPS mailboxes. By having my packages delivered here, I DON'T have to worry about porch pirates stealing my packages while I'm away.

Had an amazing experience there. I went inside with a amazon return and they totally helped me even though they dont do amazon returns. The customer service was outstanding and will definatly be coming back. The girls behind the ups store all deserve promotions or a raise because they gained a life long customer.

Amber goes above and beyond everything not just with me but every customer. Super friendly, beautiful and nice. UPS and every store should hire customer service oriented employees like Amber.

Guy at counter was awesome took my 3 packages no problem had a receipt within seconds.

Pretty quick and they take all my Amazon returns, box and send back. All I do is drop off and show the return scan and leave! To send stuff personally is pretty expensive through UPS, however. I am sure it's a corporate thing though.

Extremely polite and accommodating staff. Easy Amazon returns. Seamless self service printing services. The best UPS stores I’ve every been to.

This is a newly opened UPS store and I saw it driving by. I had a package to take care of so I stopped in. Very nice staff. Clean and quick service.
