Took my 1 year old to get his haircut here today and had a wonderful experience! My little one was not very happy but the staff was quick and willing to help in any way to get my boys hair done. They had toys and cartoons on a tv to entertain aswell. They even included a certificate with a lock of his hair! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Marks Barber Shop was absolutely everything you want in a barber 💈 experience. Despite nearing closing time, the remarkable guys there graciously squeezed in my little man and delivered an unparalleled hair design that he had been begging for. The entire drive home tonight was filled with relentless excitement from my 5-year-old, who couldn't contain his joy over his awesome new hairdo with the coolest design. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible guys at Marks Barber!

After decades of the same "stylist" cutting my hair (and doing a great job), a relocation to Gig Harbor meant that I had to find a new way to solve my increasingly shaggy appearance. I had forgotten that a real barbershop is part of "Man 101." Mark, himself, got me in and out the door looking much sharper and with less hassle and better value than I'd had in a long time. Appointment scheduling has made it even better. Five stars!

I have been going to see Jon here at the barber shop for almost 10 years now. This place is your quintessential neighborhood barbershop! Worth the wait if you have to make an appointment. Amazing environment that is totally friendly to people of all ages. Wether you are a Senior and are getting the same cut you've had for 60 years, or if it's your kids first haircut ever...this is the place to go.

I’ve taken my baby boy here now twice and they do an amazing job! Appointments are easy to make online and they do a great job making it comfortable for my little guy. 10/10 would recommend!

A very welcoming place of business, that provides quality haircuts. With the new reservations system in place you know when you’re going to get into the seat and have your haircut. All of the barbers are skilled, friendly and reliable. I’ve been going to Mark’s Barber Shop for over 10+ years. They’re good people.

The waits are sometimes long but it’s my top choice to bring my boys. They do great with kids - they give them what they want(with mom’s approval first) and they don’t pepper them with questions while cutting. They even fixed the terrible haircut I gave my 10 month old baby. It’s really hard to cut a baby’s hair; I’m amazed at how good it looks. It’s a very “manly” environment but I always feel welcome.

Finally, a real barbershop. I'm from Atlanta and haven't seen a place in WA that gives you a damn good haircut combined with a damn good time. Alec is great and I can't wait to go back.

This is the place to get a great, consistent hair cut. Mark and Jonathan are always friendly and do a great job. No matter how busy they get, they greet everyone and make you feel at home. My kids feel like the king of the world when they put the warm shaving cream on and use the straight razor on the back of the neck.

I've lived in the area for about 6 years and I have FINALLY found my barber shop. This was my first time going in and I had David give a quick cut. Only a 10ish minute wait. This place only takes cash and my cut was $18 just fyi. Definitely my barbershop going forward!

Awesome little barber shop, best haircut I've gotten in a long time. Lines can be long (speaking pre-covid of course) but you can make appointments now to just cruise in, get cleaned up and go. Military friendly, overall great experience, really good guys.

Great place to get a haircut and neck shave. May sometimes have a long wait but the quality of service is worth the wait.

Update - Thanks to Covid, no more waiting. Must set appointment. Way better atmosphere without all the impatient people wanting a haircut at the last minute.
