Good employees sold me a headset. Prices weren't very high about the same for every place, guys were super nice, my first experience was very good.

Came in tonight for a game and the guys working were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and even excited to help. In chain stores like this employees can make or break the experience. This particular Gamestop is a good spot if you're a gamer or shopping for a relative who is an avid gamer because the employees are excited to help. At least as of Dec 2022.

Place a few reserves at this store. Excellent customer service on pick up. They are all about helping the gamer find what they are looking for. Overall great experience.

Great place to visit, not only do they have a huge selection of video games for all the different consoles. They have pop culture collectibles, like statues, mini busts, of your favorite exclusive merchandise. And the staff here in Port Orchard Washington are awesome. They answer all your questions. I've been going there for years and I never had any issues. The staff are professional but they are also like hanging out with friends. They go out of their way to make it right for the customer and that is a rare thing these days...

This shop was pretty well organized. You could tell where each console shop was, and wasn't much clutter even though it was a smaller store. The employees were polite, clean, and didn't try to sell me on pre-owned deals and preorders for every single game in the store.

This is a gamers paradise. I can't think of another store with basically nothing but gaming software and hardware at very affordable price points. If you have any questions regarding anything gaming related, their staff are incredibly knowledgeable about any and every video game.

The team members there are great, super nice guys and very helpful. Always have a great attitude and willing to go the extra mile.

Ethan was able to help me out very quickly and was quick to help recommend items that would appeal to me. Employees like Ethan are one of the only reasons I still shop at this store.

My husband and I both enjoy a bit of gaming together and this is always my go to place for new games. They are always so nice and helpful here when I'm looking for a new game to surprise my husband with!

Staff was very nice and helpful and were willing to help me get what I came in for and some other stuff.
